I usually never write reviews but for this I think I should do justice and let others know how important this has become in my life. I listen to my favourite music, news, social media posts movies, audio posts whatsapp posts and so on... It takes me to a different world and the quality of sound has just no comparison to anything. At the same time I can use it to receive calls and make long distance calls with full clarity. so convenient to hear and long battery life. Trust me you should not deprive yourself of not having it. You will be missing something if you don't purchase it. Thanks Bose.

I bought these a month ago and they feel great, the way they fit around my ear is fantastic. That being said, using them on an airplane isn't the best choice with all the background noise. I already have another in-ear old style set of Bose earbuds with the curved shaped insert for the ear that sounds great, the only problem was keeping them in my ears. The sound quality is clear and balanced, with solid bass but nothing overpowering. They’re also really comfortable. I can wear them for hours without any irritation. The noise cancellation is a standout, especially for commuting or focusing during work.

It is surely fitted clamp onto the ears without reminding you it's there. These earbuds best use in the house or in office environment. Heavy traffic while walking on the street or on a bus render very thin sounding music. Base is lacking for people with larger ears. It would be fuller sounding if it can be expanded for people with larger ears. The negative aside, these earbuds are great in the house or in the office. You can hear the music and conversation with others very clearly. It can even use while talking to others on an office headset doing an interview. The first pair had issue with charging with the right earbud. Bose website is great for warrantee service. The replacement pair have not issue, work as advertised.

Super comfortable and I can wear them all day, which most earbuds starting hurting my ears after an hour. I use them way more than I thought I would, especially when in situations you want some awareness. Enjoyed them so much I bought my daughter a pair too.

It will stay on my ear without knowing it. I tried this model and I am really satisfied for the quality, durability and stay longer on my ear without giving me pain even you use it throughout the day. The only thing I was not happy is that it was lost during one of my trips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I was really excited to receive these, I've been looking for a new pair of earbuds to replace my airpods and I thought these would be a good choice. At first they were great, but I started to notice connectivity issues as well as static and feedback in both earbuds as well as generally not working consistently or super well. I know that because they are refurbished they might have had issues in the past, but I have issues with these almost every single day at this point.

Sometimes...you don't even know when you knocked one out. It is a testament to how comfortable these are. Now, these cannot be replaced by one bud which I found out the hard way. I decided to order a pair of previously refurbished open ears. I got the color that I wanted and the battery is awesome and they are just as good as new.
