So I have had these earbud about a month now and they are amazing. I use to have Apple AirPods and I won’t be going back. The comfort, the light weight, the features, not feeling like the ear buds will slide out when I’m working out, and noise canceling. I like the aware mode and noise canceling mode that the earbud has. I can wear 1 earbud or both, still talk and have a conversation with someone not having to take the earbuds out and in order to block out background noise I don’t have to turn the volume up all the way saving both my hearing and the battery life. The sound is crisp sound while listening to music or gives you the movie theater feel while streaming movies. Bose made an outstanding product with these earbuds.

I bought these ear phones and I have to always reconnect the Bluetooth every time I receive a call or when I swap ear phones . Sometimes I’m listening to music and the earphones are out of sync. It does fit well on my ear on the right side like that earphone has a manufacturer defect

I bought two of these a month ago with “high” hopes and expectations based on a customers and industry expert feedback and our own brand awareness and experience with Bose products. We love all our other Bose headsets to included in ear and over ear styles. I wanted to give this a 4+ rating, but could not after just our first week using it. As with everything, there are pros and cons to a product that’ll define the overall review. Here are mine. Pros: unique and intelligent design, color options, spatial sound, easy to use. Cons: battery life, BT connectivity, loose fitting, falls off during activity, mic quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my walks and love the open ears concept so I can still pay attention to my surrounding. Comfortable enough and I feel they are pretty secure on my ears. My only wish is that the music would auto stop when I take it off.

I've had these for a few weeks now, and overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. These are good for working around the house and working in the garage when there are other people around and you want to be aware of your surroundings. These obviously struggle in high noise situations such as cutting the grass and on an airplane. I did make the unfortunate mistake of using these to travel with.... They were actually great as I was navigating the airport and going through security... Once we got on the airplane they were almost worthless. Even at full volume I could not hear the movie I was watching. I do like the lightweight feature... I often forget that they're even there. It almost feels like everyone around you should be hearing the same music that you are.

The open earbuds design is sleek and the earbuds are extremely light, comfortable and you will not even know that you are wearing them. The sound quality is premium and you can move it a bit to find the right spot for best sound. You can select the automatic sound level settings and adjust the equalizer in the Bose Music App so that the sound has your desired tone and is automatically increased in noisy environment so that your listening experience remains the same. The battery life is pretty good, 19.5 hours of standby battery life in the charging case, about 7.5 hours of play time and about 4.5 hours with Immersive Audio.

Less than a month old and I am not very impressed with the sound quality. It is not loud enough even if the volume is turned up. I am a car audio enthusiast and I know what good sound is. I wish they could make a software update to allow us to crank up the volume a bit more, as we can always turn it down when its too loud. Also it skips a beat once in a while which is very annoying.

I’ve had off and on again issues with the two buds being slightly out of sync (echo chamber) and have had to reset the buds twice in the first month to resolve. 2. The biggest single frustration- the microphone quality for phone calls is terrible, rendering them borderline unusable for calls with friends and completely unusable for business calls. I have tried to use these in several quiet locations, unfortunately always with the same result. Calls on the Ultra Opens are so frustrating that I have to carry an old pair of 3rd gen airpods in case a call comes in. I have the current update installed. I’m wearing them properly. Just a poor set of design choices that results in a disappointing product. Worth it?

These are great. I really don't like earbuds "plugging" my ears. If so, they quickly become intolerable and I don't want to wear them. These are so comfortable I have worn them for a large part of the day, removing them only because I came home. I can manage the sound such that I don't even have to turn them off during doctor appointments or any other conversations. The sound quality is just what I've come to expect from Bose. From the speakers in my house, to headphones, to other earbuds Bosei s a staple to me. These don't disappoint for great sound.

They don't make your ears itch and I can still carry on a conversation if needed. The sound quality is remarkably good. I love them so much that I convinced my husband to get a pair, and he loves them too! They aren't as good as regular earbuds in noisy environments (loud traffic noise defeats them), but in quiest environments they are absolutely wonderful. If you're wandering the house and yard doing chores you can have music all day without annoying the neighbors!
