[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for the open ear aspect which was awesome. I could forget they were on my ears they were so comfortable. Unfortunately, they just not loud enough when you want it loud, so for that reason I had to return them. I'll buy them again if version 2 fixes thus issue.

I will not leave the house without them. I feel aware and safe wearing them out as I can still hear the world around me and can listen to what I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are outstanding! I have tried many of the other earbuds and they do not fit my ear canal properly and either hurt or fall out. I love this option and the sound quality of Bose is, as expected, phenomenal. Thank you!

Honestly, probably one of the worst purchases of my life. I can’t hear anything with these things, literally have to be in a quiet room. It’s my fault for not trying them sooner. Or taking them back. I use air-pods for work and the old Bose wrap around a for the gym. I do like the way they attach to my ear but that’s truly useless if they stink as ear buds you’re supposed to be able to hear. Also, when picking up or making a call there’s a substantial delay in the connection, if they even connect at all.

I bought one for me and one for a Christmas present. So far I am loving these open ultra earbuds. Besides the music, I am able to hear noises outside too. Very safe and comfortable. The earbuds stay safely attached to your ear and don’t fall off when I sprint during my walk. Battery life is long too so I don’t constantly have to recharge them. Excellent product.

The earbuds are working very well. However, the voice control doesn't stay active very long. This option is the reason I went with this version of earbuds. Not sure if it is the app having problems or the earbuds. Please advise me on what I can do, I need this option for when I'm working.

Unless it’s a feature that I can’t find yet, but sound quality and ability to hear everything around me is great!!!!

I just wish that they were a little bigger or had a little bit more give when they wrap around the outside of the ear for different ear sizes. They start hurting after a while on my ear. Also, I noticed when you have them both in one will cut out and then come back and then the other will cut out and come back. I don’t know if that’s normal or what.

Purchased about a month ago. I'm enjoying the product because I wear glasses, and it doesn't irritate the top of my ear trying to wear them both at once. I do have trouble with the other person hearing me sometimes, while on calls. Outside sounds tend to drown out music, even when it's at high volume. Debating on keeping or returning.

I love the ultra open earbuds! I don’t like earbuds that plug into the ear canal, very uncomfortable. The Bose open earbuds don’t plug into the ear canal. So, they are much more comfortable, and I can listen to music for as long as I want without any discomfort. Highly recommended.
