Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

Unfortunately while walking my dog I tripped and one fell off - I did not notice until it was too late . I went back to the route many many times but couldn’t find them due to a snow storm . I went back after snow melted and I found it! It works perfectly and I’m not enjoying them again ! Great product that made it through a snowstorm !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We became part of the Bose family in 2005. They stand by their products! I purchased a Bose earbud headset in 2018. I was very pleased this product had water resistance and all kinds of settings on the buds themselves. After years of daily use in sports and work, they finally started to fall apart the buttons on the earbuds fell off and sadly I had to give them up for new ones. I called Bose and they gave me credit for half of what I paid for. I thought this was a wonderful alternative, so I purchased the open earbuds. They take getting used to but I like the concepts and continue to use them. I miss the settings on the old earbuds. On the new ones, you have to have the app. to set the settings. They are convenient. I lost my right earbud while working bose sent me a new set at a discount. then the left one started to crackle again Bose set me a new set for free. I love my Bose products. I have a stereo and DVD/ CD player and through the years I and my family have enjoyed many of the Bose products. We will always be a Bose family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds have outstanding noise cancellation, awesome sound quality, and a secure, comfortable fit. They're perfect for answering phones at work and listening to music in noisy environments. Although slightly bulky and priced on the higher end, their performance makes up for it. Battery life is decent at around 6 hours, with 12 more from the case. BOSE does not disappoint!!

People says it is worth the price. They are wrong. Even the people who reviewed the product criticize it so badly so what. One has to truly experience and immerse themselves with the extraordinary sound quality

I love the design, they’re very comfortable to wear all day. The problem is is you can’t wear them all day I get maybe three hours of battery life and then I have to charge them for an hour. I lose connection easily between devices and at times, they just simply won’t connect at all For the purchase amount I’m extremely disappointed

Right off the top I've had issues. Delayed connection and receiver cannot hear me many of times during the call. Called support for help and they couldn't do anything so they said I need to swap them out free of charge. I asked for quicker shipment or something and they said no. I expected so much for this item and Bose, took me a couple months to finally pull the trigger and I'm so disappointed.

They are TOO Big for my ears and they hurt! I called and was told that they would send OUT a kit to fix this Problem!!!!!! Two weeks and NO Kit!!! then the kit doesn’t come in the color I had ordered how dumb! I can say that Bose does not have a good service base or web site. Will KEEP MY BOSE WIRED PAIR THEY HAVE GREAT SOUND and I can wear all day and all night!

With the new design its a conversation starter and a great look to your ear. The battery life is excellent with the battery life with the case.
