The sound is amazing on these earbuds (a quality that only Bose can deliver). They are easy to put on and are quite comfortable to wear. The only downside is that they don’t have dual connectivity. However, you can program your earbuds to toggle between devices using the buttons on your earbuds. The app is easy to use and is very informative. All in all, an excellent product.

I bought these a few weeks back and will never wear anything else again! I don’t want to be completely shut out from my surroundings but I still want good sound. These provide both. My ears are small and I have piercings that always push out other buds. These line u perfectly and they are stylish!

Purchased primarily to connect to my soundbar 700 to hear television programs better without blasting everyone else out. This is great feature to connect via Bluetooth that makes viewing more enjoyable. I also wear the earbuds for workouts too and they sound great in immersive mode. Pricey but glad I bought.

I bought them 3 weeks ago to try out , the sound is good I can wear them at work and still hear the alarms or phones or people, the 2 phone connection is awesome it works for my android work phone and my personal iPhone they answer perfectly, but I work around loud equipment and my friends have trouble hearing me, but if I’m outside or quiet room they hear me fine, I will keep them because I like the look and how well it works with 2 phones

Typical earbuds don't always fit my ears so they would slip out or I would have to maneuver them to stay in which kept me from hearing anything around me, even on low volume. The ultra open earbuds are so comfortable that I forget I even have them on. I don't have to worry about them falling out or hurting and I can still hear everything around me. And the sound is amazing! I love the different sound features these earbuds offer too. Thinking about getting another pair with the new designs. Great product!

These open earbuds are a great alternative to traditional in-ear buds. They are flexible and lightweight, allowing me to wear them for hours without the ear fatigue I experience with typical earbuds. The design is perfect for those who struggle with in-earbuds. The immersive audio function is fantastic, providing a rich, full audio experience regardless of movement, although it does drain the battery faster. Call quality is hit or miss - I was told I sounded clear on some calls and distorted/hard to hear on others. They don't provide noise-cancellation, which makes them perfect for those times when you need to be aware of your surroundings, while still being able to listen to your audio. However, I travel frequently for work and the open design and lack of noise cancellation were significant drawbacks on planes and in airports. I frequently had to increase the earbud volume all the way just to hear my audio - and it still didn't drown out the noise around me. So, I'll stick with my QC earbuds while working/traveling and use these for leisure.

Not happy with it so far. Lots of static and break-ups while listening to music. Quite disappointing for ear buds at such a high price point. I am a fan of Bose… have different Bose headsets… so had expected exceptional quality out of the box. Not this time.

I’ve had my ultra open earbuds for about a month now and the only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is call volume. They fit me very comfortably to the point that I have actually forgotten that I’m wearing them. I have never found earbuds that will stay in and I wear glasses so the over the ear style are pointless but these are perfect. The battery life usually lasts my entire workday (10+ hours of moderate use) and listening to music with them is truly fantastic. I had an issue with my charging case, one of the pins was trapped below the plastic, that I was able to correct without having to wait out the returns process (3 weeks). To make these earbuds perfect Bose just needs to have calls and music be able to have the same range of volume. Calls are much quieter than music and if there’s even a bit of background noise calls become bery difficult to hear at even the highest volume. Music does not suffer from this issue so it doesn’t really make sense to me. I use an iphone 14 and the Bose app.

On my second set as the first one had issues. Bose replaced promptly so no issue there. Why I give a 3 is for a few reasons. Battery life is terrible. Max 4 to 5 hours when listening to music so not very long. Sound quality is pretty good but volume level is very low. Overall is a good set of ear buds if you hate the in ear version like me so with the money as they do a ok job for my needs but hopefully future version have better battery life and sound quality.

After a few weeks of use I can say these buds offer great sound quality and noise cancelation. I also appreciate the multipoint connectivity. The only issue I have is that sometimes only one bud connects and I have to place them both into the case and try again. I'd say this happens every 4th time. I expect better from Bose. That said, I'll still keep using the buds so do with that info what you will.
