[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just start w saying that I'm a Bose guy 100% I've bought many pairs of bose earbuds & speakers and I think they're the BEST! The open air buds are great however I cut grass in a park and these buds are not for outside work w noisy machinery. That was my fault but I'm glad I have them. The only thing that I wish is that they could be a bit louder. But overall they're great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super Comfortable, easy to forget they are in, or rather on the ear. Sound quality is very good, but not as good as a true in-ear device. Features are comparable to all the premium Bose Ultra buds. Only downside is callers can definitely tell when I am wearing these compared to the QC Ultra IIs the mics do not pickup nearly as well as the in-ears. If Bose can improve the outbound audio these will be the default earbud to wear all day in an office environment.

Both are great, but the ability to quickly recharge in the case and the comfort are the exceptions for the newer version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these as a Christmas gift for our daughter. She has the quiet comfort headphones as well. The sound quality is superb, the open ear earbud comfort is beyond expectation and they stay in place during any activity. We selected the blue color from the wide palate available and she loves them. She uses them mostly to listen to music but also uses them during zoom conferences and is yet able to communicate effectively while the music or meeting is ongoing. Highly recommend these earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are the most comfortable open earbuds I've ever used.I've used Shokz's Open fit and Huawei's open earbuds.The Bose gave me the best wearing comfort of the three.The music experience is also perfect.While it has to go without saying that in some ways, this should be a problem at the firmware level, Bose will fall short, and I have summarized the problems that have arisen in a month of use.Hopefully this can be improved in subsequent version upgrades. 1 During normal press time, there is a short disconnection problem. 2 The microphone sound is too low when talking outdoors. 3 I don't have a way to check the charge level of the charging compartment through the app. The advantages 1 Very comfortable to wear 2 Sound quality is excellent 3 Responsive, very low latency Bluetooth connection. 4 Indoor and outdoor automatic volume adjustment.This is very practical.

I purchased these because I don’t like traditional ear buds that are lodged in the ear canal. Typical Bose sound with rich base and clarity of sound. Perfect for physical activity, the stay securely in place. I am able to interact with the world around me and hold conversations in the open air mode. Full immersion a simple touch of the ear bud transitions to full immersion for a complete Bose sound experience. Easy placement and removal. Very comfortable, when I am not playing music I have forgotten that I even had them on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a problem with placing anything in or on my ears, these buds are so high quality and so non intrusive that I can use them all day and literally not feel them. They don't fall out or off so I bought my husband a pair for working out. The phone aspect is so clean and clear that I'm going to buy my mom a pair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is great, they are very easy to use, and I loved that you don't have to actually plug in inside your ears. Unfortunately my first pair stopped working after 2 months. I claim a replacement and the process was easy and fast ( good point). The replacement have been working ok, but I had a issue with one of the earbud that has no battery, not sure why, after charging the case it seems to be working.

I have had these for a few months now and they have some pros and cons. Pros: comfortable and good sound quality. You can connect to multiple devices and switch between them. Cons: they don’t announce texts or other app notifications. You cannot voice respond to text back or answer a call. I typically only wear one at a time so the volume up and down feature doesn’t really work for me since you need both to operate that function. Would love if these would charge with Qi charger.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The only thing that I DO wish is that you could track them. Admittedly, I am a person who loses a lot of things. It is a little frustrating that there is tracking ability for one type of headphone but not the open ear type. Hoping that Bose makes the move to add these to their "find my" list. Other than that, I am very pleased. Works well, even at the gym!
