Given the price and the brand’s prestige, I expected much more in terms of sound quality. I purchased the product for the comfort it offers in its fit, but I am very disappointed with its performance during calls, as the signal is very weak and the audio quality is poor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them a little over a month ago and then they went on sale 🤣 I wear glasses and these are comfortable to wear with them. It is a big difference from the other earbuds and takes some getting used to to. I LOVE the color (sugar plum) and it’s what caught my attention. The only huge difference to me is the call sound quality. I am always told they can’t hear me to we’ll.

Very comfortable and cool earbuds! I can easily wear it for more than 3hrs without any issue. I like the design and spatial sound Bose provided. Highly recommend to anyone who does not need noise cancellation, but still wanna go out with a pair of earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have over 10 Bose products and generally love them. I bought Open Earbuds since I really want buds that won't fall out or feel itchy. These are great -- I can run and jump without ever losing one, and also barely notice I am even wearing them. The sound is great but of course since they are open, the sound is not as pristine as with the regular earbuds. Very good, but not quite a 5. And too expensive!

After charging the buds and case for 4 hours you are good to go for quite awhile. Way longer battery life than my over the ear buds. And they are so comfortable, you forget you are wearing them. I love that I can wear my glasses with them without interference. And the sound quality is out of this world. I was going to buy these myself, but my family gifted me them for my birthday! Yay!! I made a lot of coworkers at work try them out. They were all impressed with the sound and comfort. Love all the color choices too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these! The sound is great! I can wear them for a long time and they still feel comfortable. I fell asleep with them for a few hours…oops…no pain when I woke up. I could have worn them longer.

For years I only used apple products for headphones until I purchased the Bose ultra open earbuds. I really like the fit and sound on them but the only thing I really do not like is it has no type of tracking feature. If misplaced they might be lost for ever because it doesn’t have a find my earbuds feature. Maybe other products you carry have the feature but it is unfortunate these do not.

I’ve had these since they came out and I don’t regret the purchase at all. Sound quality is great, although they lack a little bit on the base end of things. However I don’t typically listen to music for the bass so it’s not something I miss. Take these running with me and it makes it easier to talk to and listen to my daughter, who goes with me, and I don’t constantly have to adjust the volume or press anything to stop the music. They stay in place, don’t slip or move. Recommend for anyone with an active lifestyle.

I have over 10 bose headphones starting from 2013, my previous latest line up is from 2018... the phone calls are horrible, picked up every little backround sound. When I got these I was like, its Bose do I even need to see if phone calls are good now. Like apple, a phone company that's younger than bose, if they can do it of corse bose can. But no.... phone calls are horrible, muffled can hear tv everything in backround ? People are asking me what are you using and I don't wanna say bose, cause I love bose... but this is ridiculous. Yes music and clarity and bass and sound guilty is 10/10 no complaints. It's perfect. But phone calls are horrible. I have to take off headphones turn of Bluetooth when plle call. Please for god sakes do something about phone calls, there ai noise canceling u guy can use or something

They stay charged a long time and they recharge when I put them back in the case at night. I have several different brands and these are my absolute favorite. I will give the others away.
