[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a set of these yesterday, already don’t like them Too much. Bass isn’t very noticeable most of the time, activating Siri with voice commands doesn’t work, I love Bose products until now lol.

For the price I paid, the product is really sub-par...they don't connect...they disconnect...the voice controls turn on and off automatically or just don't work at all...sometimes only one connects and the other is silent...very frustrating product...i wish I hadn't lost my old ones

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my baby blue open ultra earbuds for 2 weeks. I have small ears and small ear canals, so I can’t wear regular earbuds. The open ultra earbuds fit great, but can somewhat easily be knocked off of the ear. I have thick curly hair, which helps to protect them from falling out. The only issues I have in terms of their operation is that 1. I have had trouble with the left earbud not working after I put them in and turn on the audio. I have had to take them both off and put them back in the charging case, then put them back in and that has worked so far. 2. I have had crackling connectivity issues even when I’m holding my phone or iPad. The immersive sound is amazing and the stereo sound is also very good. I’m not sure they are worth $300, but I do not have a lot of options with earbuds.

Not my favorite and I wish I didn’t purchase them. I have had Bose earbuds for 8 years. My last pair started to give out. The model I had was discontinued so I bought this version because I liked the brand. I wish I hadn’t. They do not stay on/in the ear while working out so they have to be adjusted routinely to continue hearing what I am listening to. It doesn’t block any of the surrounding sound around you so you have to turn them up even higher.

I love these, but there are some issues I hope will be fixed in the near future. One issue I have found quite annoying is when I call someone or receive a call and I use my ultra opens, it takes a second before I can hear the other person. I do not have this issue with Apple AirPods or just using my speaker on my phone. Another issue I have found (currently experiencing) is one side will work and the other will not. I tend to just give up after a while. I tried having them connected to two devices but experienced connectivity issues, and those issues were resolved once I turned the multiple device option off. I do also find that during calls the sound is not as clear as I would like. For example, my coworker has a deep voice, and sometimes it’s very difficult to understand what he’s saying through the ultra opens. I do love them, but they do have their flaws, as all products do.

I have always loved Bose products. Since these earbuds came out, they caught my attention. The design and concept seemed great to me. I decided to get this blue edition for my birthday as a self-present. I couldn't believe how I could get the Bose sound quality and at the same time be able to hear my surroundings. Also, the people around you cannot hear what you are listening. It is crazy, I don't know how they did this, but it is simply great!

I’ve owned for 3 days now. Battery life got me through the workday easy. 7.5-8.0 hrs on stereo mode at a medium volume without problem. Immersive with auto-volume got me from start to lunch (about 4.5 hrs) a quick 30 minute charge while I grubbed got me til shifts end.

I have got these earbuds and I have complained about them as I really don't like them. The call quality has been really poor. I have got the ultra open and my dad has got the ultra earbuds 2nd gen, but both of them have really terrible call quality, they keep disconnecting and can barely hear the other person. I have been using bose for the longest time, the previous ones were much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love love my new earbuds. I never thought anything could be better than airpods but these ARE!!! I love the fact that I can hear my music/audio but also be aware of my surroundings. I was always so scared with my airpods when I was running in the park because I did not know if something was happening around me but with my new open earbuds I feel a lot better and safer.
