[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been looking for a quality pair of open ear buds for awhile now. I finally purchased these and was amazed so much so purchased and 2nd pair immediately after I misplaced my first pair on vacation. Best purchased I've made in years!!!!

Desperately needs iteration, but the idea is good. The case is very bad. Flimsy lid that feels way to cheap for this price point. The earbuds are comfortable, but need another pass for perfection. Sound quality is very good. Feels like you're listening to music from the room around you. Refine these and drop the price and they will be a bit.

Bought 2 weeks ago. Very happy with this purchase. They fit me perfectly, unfortunately for my husband they do not fit him. They stay in place while exercising. The sound is wonderful. The dark blue color is rich looking. I highly recommend these earbuds.

They tripped me out; I swore the music was playing out loud and had to take them out to confirm it was ‘all in my head’ literally! Amazing sound and you don’t have to worry about others sneaking up on you in the street. You can listen at low volume to listen to tunes, have a convo and carry on. Listen loud, pause via an easy button to converse, then unpause and go back to jamming, or something in between! A real treat for the ears; unfortunately they are not recommended to have a conversation out in public; too many complaints from others not hearing everything. Oh and I almost forgot; so comfy you’ll forget you have them in; most hurt my ears after 1 hour; these I actually forget are there which is a door problem all by itself! Indulge and treat yourself; you’ll be glad you did!

Bluetooth connectivity is less than optimal unfortunately,and multi point connectivity is clunky at best. Solid effort but significant room for improvement

Would be great if you could only use one earbud at a time. No way to select which earbud the microphone is active something even the cheapest earbuds offer. So if you get a call and you want to switch to them, no one can hear you until you put both on.

I’ve had these for a few months and have had several issues. They are finicky in the charger and sometimes don’t want to charge. Occasionally they aren’t synced together and audio on one ear is off from the other. They also on occasion have static and broken sound. I would have expected a lot more from Bose especially for what they cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been a long-time audio enthusiast and I bought these for a dual purpose. The gym and home office. At the gym, these are great earphones that allow you to hear your surroundings while still jamming out, all while never having to worry about them falling out. I think this is the best use-case scenario. In the office, they serve a very similar purpose, however, the reason they get 4 stars and not 5, is that microphone quality takes a hit if they are not positioned exactly the correct way in your ear. Other than that small gripe, I am very happy with Bose Open earbuds and look forward to seeing how many years I can utilize them.
