[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these mainly for wear when I'm riding (harley) so the noise cancelling was super important. Works exceedingly well. Battery life is great bottom line the sound quality is what you would expect from bose...EXCELLENT!

I had ear phones before, but nothing like this. I look forward to taking my dog for a walk because these earbuds block out as much noise as I want( there is a feature that blocks out all noise or allows you to be aware of potential noise from traffic) and the sound is excellent. They fit perfectly and charges last for a long time- and I love my lilac color!!!

Sound quality is great but I can’t use them to take or make hands free calls on my cell. I can hear the other person but they can’t hear me. I tried the fixes that I found online but they still don’t work. I will be returning and requesting a refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dangerously comfortable if falls off you won’t feel it , volume is low when driving in highway, since there is no noise cancellation it’s hard to hear in noise environment, price is too high for the battery life (4 hours continuously using)

Volume is to low, for both receiver and transmitter. Phone calls barley picks up my voice. I am not heard clearly on other end of phone call. In public the receiver is to low in hearing voice calls, listening to podcast and talk radio. In my house the music sounds fantastic, however it’s at the highest volume level. I’ve played w the various headphone settings, EQ, etc to raise the volume so I could use outdoors. Inside the cabin of a car, plane and gym cannot use, to low... in a public gym it’s useless due to the surrounding gym noise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these just over a week ago and have hardly had them off my ears! I am a dog walker/sitter, into select podcasts & audio books... At last, great comfort (I have to check to see if I took them off! I forget I have them on they are so comfortable!), terrific sound, absolute control (with the back button) & I feel safe! Have the original Bose QC buds which are great for noise cancelling... but could not safely walk the dogs in them (even in the "aware" mode) and would need to take them out every so often to itch my ears. No longer! Paring can be a little frustrating on occasion - but also have a new phone I am working with, perhaps it is just a learning curve for me. Either way, I am over the moon happy with the ultra open!

These earbuds fit the exact opposite use case of closed/noise canceling earbuds. Being able to go through all my daily tasks and activities with background music while still being able to hear everything around me is a breath of fresh air. The open-ear design really does make a difference since all other earbuds have some degree of passive noise cancellation so listening to music and hearing a friend's voice an all its clarity is a pretty cool experience. Sound quality is surprisingly very good. I thought having an open-ear design would hinder it's sound quality greatly, but it still sounds very good to me. I usually have these at a lower/medium volume so it's almost like a cafe setting of having music constantly in the background while I talk with friends or coworkers. Once you put these at a louder setting it does lose slightly lose it's privacy, but the details and fullness of the sound really comes through. The fit and comfort is a bit of a learned experience. Since it 'bands around' your ear rather than going in your ear, you really need to find a comfortable sweet spot. When these are resting all the way down on my ear against my earlobe then I'll start feeling discomfort fairly quickly, but if I move it up on the middle area of my ear then I can leave it there for hours. The comfort at this sweet spot is wonderful because combined with it's weightless feel, most of the time I forget it's there. I tried jogging and playing tennis with these on and it surprisingly stayed on. It took a moment to trust that they weren't going to fall out, but eventually I was able to relax and just enjoy my exercise listening to music and bantering my friends at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first to purchase, but so far so good. I was so used to having to blast the music that the sound was distorted at first. Once I adjusted to the fact that "less is more, they sound wonderful at lower volumes. I was also very happy with the app's equalizer and other sound settings. One shortcoming so far is the quality of the microphone. I had several people tell me they cannot hear me clearly while I was in a quiet room. The Bose rep quickly sent me out a new pair and I am testing them now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are exactly what I needed- sound quality is great and they NEVER fall off my ears at the gym. So comfortable and I love the fact that I can hear what's in my surroundings as well as the music.

My husband bought these for me to replace my AirPods. You all have done spoiled me as I will never go back to buds shoved inside my head!! The sound quality is so much better! And I really like the spatial aspect of them. They last an amazing amount of time before recharge and I can get upwards of 2.5 days of use before the need to plug them in. We are working in getting him a pair as well.
