I am disappointed with my new quiet comfort earbuds. I previously owed a set of QC 30 neckband earbuds that were awesome. Would have bought another set when mine quit working, but they are not available any more, so I settled for the QC earbuds. There was no clear owners manual with them so you have to spend a bit of time figuring them out. Once they were working, they are so touch sensitive that you have to be careful when touching them. They cut out when I get a message and don’t automatically restart playing my music.They are hard to connect to a TV. The only thing I like about them is noise cancelling feature. I never had any of these issues with the neckband. I wish they were available again.

I decided to buy these after my bone conducting headphones stopped working. I was always hesitant to buy wireless earbuds because they always fall out of my ears while working out. These seemed to be the best choice because they clip to the outside of my ear canal. The sound quality is what I would expect from Bose and from an open ear headphone. They do cause some ear pain over time where they clip that I will get used to over time. My main problem is the lack of a find my earbuds function in the app. I was told there was a plethora of problems in the past with this function so they removed it. If Bose brought back this function it would be worth another star. However if Bose were to make some sort of lanyard attaching them that would make me feel more at ease on my bike rides.

Bought them about 6 months ago and I really enjoy them for what they are the bass still is decent and sound quality is awesome but since this last software update the Bluetooth connection has gone down hill, waiting for a new update hopefully will fix the issue

The first pair they just died on me the second pair y’all sent me to replace .Which I was very, glad about that . But as in the first pair and the second pair, it is hard for me to make phone calls where people could hear me . ( I’m loud too) for some reason and they don’t stay charged long . I do love how they stay on my ears compared to Apple‘s product but there’s just a few kinks that I would like y’all to handle on the next wave. I believe in you, Bose and thank you for your product.

The biggest pro about these is the comfort and the open air, I did have to adjust to not having noise cancellation as I would strategically use this feature on other ear pods (loud traffic, crowds). The sound is also pretty good for open ear. But I have had mine for five months and they are already crackling and the pause button feature doesn’t respond consistently so that’s a bummer. And then when you do pause I have had multiple occasions where they disconnect from my Garmin. Not sure what that is all about. Maybe the next generations will improve in these areas.

I've been a Beats wireless earbud user for years but after my last pair unexpectedly died on me, I decided to make the switch. Bose Ultra Open Earbuds were a fantastic transition for me especially with small ear canals. These stay comfortably snug through workouts, traveling through the airport or just a Teams Meeting with great sound. My husband was easily convinced to get a pair too!

Bought these ear buds so i could run and still be able to hear my surroundings. They have exceeded all my expectations! The sound is incredible, and they are so comfortable you will forget you even have them on. It is like the music is just playing in your head. I cannot say this enough, the sound is awesome!

My use of them have evolved into taking them to the office with me also. I would definitely purchase them again.

I have issues with finding earbuds that are small enough to be comfortable for my ears without causing pain. These are great so far as I can adjust them on my ears to a different position if they cause any discomfort. They are light but stay on and the sound quality is great too. Thank you Bose!

These open earbuds are a near-perfect combination of comfort, sound quality and sleek design. Although it feels almost non-existent in my ears, sometimes I can feel a little bit uncomfortable vibration caused by the bass on my earlobes. The minimalistic case is easy to carry around but missing wireless charge feature is a little bit down. The connection usually is the big problem with these. I sometimes can hear the cracking noise and get tired of inconsistent connection. Audio call function is not so natural, and people from other line often cannot hear the conversation properly.
