First, the color is beautiful. Second, the sound that comes from them are amazing. When I am on the elliptical working out I get some of the best sounds without hearing the equipment. It also allows me to hear things I want to hear which may be important. Third, the battery life has been amazing, and I don't have to worry about them dying in two to three days. Lastly, I don't have anything stuck in my ear which again is an amazing feature. I don't have to worry about popping my ears due to the pressure.

Great sound, great comfort, terrible functionality. They work great for a couple of days then go silent and I have to hard reset them to make them work again. Bose replaced them once, but the same issue recurred. It’s truly frustrating that such a premium product behaves this way. The cheaper SHOKZ don’t have this problem. *sigh*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try these earbuds. The problem is that they didn't adjust to my ears. It ended up being too far away. That made it such that I could not hear people on my phone clearly. Sad because I really wanted to like these.

I bought this a few weeks ago because all the earbuds I’ve ever tried keep falling out of my ears and the ones that stick in my ears. I can’t hear anything else These are great sounding earbuds with good clarity, but they don’t fall out and are very comfortable

Both my wife and I purchased these earbuds. These are the best earbuds I have used. Excellent on our morning walk with our dogs. We are able to hear our music while being able to hear the dogs and sounds around us. They are so comfortable it is easy to forget you are wearing them. The sound quality is as good as any other earbuds without over-emphasizing the base as some earbuds do. The entire tonal range is well balanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am generally quicky annoyed by sensations of earbuds in my ears but these are very comfortable, only feeling a friction point in the cartilage after a few hours. So comfortable I forget to take them off after a call! They're pretty too.

I bought my earbuds a few weeks ago and I’ve been so pleased with them. They fit beautifully and the audio features are wonderful. I can immerse myself in my music but still have access to the world around me. My husband loves that we can have conversations at the gym now that do not involve me pressing pause on my music or turning down the volume to be able to hear him. They are surprisingly comfortable and customized fit works great. I have an unusual ear piercing (anti-tragus) that I thought might be an issue but it’s not. Highly recommended!

I wear them while walking the dog, exercising, cleaning, gardening, and anything else that needs to get done. My initial desire for this particular pair was so I could still hear what is going on around me. As a mom I always need to keep an ear out, not to mention while walking the dog I always like to be on alert, and these are perfect for that. Don't get me wrong, if I have them up loud enough I can drowned out all noise around me as well. I also don't have to worry about these falling out if my ear since they hug the ear lobe instead. I barely remember that I have these on they are so comfy. The only negative is that the charging case doesn't let you know how charged it is, but it holds a charge for a long time.
