[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these ears buds. I love that nothing is being jammed into my ear canal and I can still be aware of my environment. They easily sync to my iPhone and have had no issues with them at all. The only thing that I miss is that they don’t auto pause when you take one out to start talking to someone. Also love the fact that they have colors other than white or black!

They don’t 100% fit my ears right but that was to be expected. I recommend trying on a pair before purchasing to make sure they are comfortable enough for you

I bought these about 3 weeks ago and I have never been more pleased with any earbud I have used in the past! I have three other brands which include iPods and nothing compares to the comfort and stay-ability and sound of the open ear buds from Bose. I love listening to my books while waiting at an appointment, and being able to hear when my name is called.

I like the way its design that how they fit on ears and yet it doesn't compromise the comfort. Immersion sound mode is awesome. I am not so sure how's the sound leveling with surrounding noise works coz most of the time it failed to work. Next, sound delivery is not consistent as they are scenario where it lower the volume by itself where louder surrounding sound heard.

When I got them over a few months ago seem to be great except there not really good for the Apple phones they don’t read out text let alone tell u a text or call coming through barely link up to the Apple phone there comfortable but u can barley hear music in loud surroundings no noise cancellation feature.

I have never had the chance to try an open ear earbud before and it was definitely an interesting experience. The fit of the Bose open earbuds is so light and so comfortable you almost forget they are there. The sound quality is good for this type of earbud. I love how easy it is to switch modes at the push of a button. I had no issues using these earbuds while running or doing other gym activities. Battery life was really good. I was able to stream podcasts, take calls and listen to music for a few days before needing to charge the case. You do have to make sure the contacts on the earbud are placed properly in the case. Otherwise one will charge and the other may not. My one con is the Bose App. I often find it very laggy when switching my devices and sometimes it doesn’t connect properly. I hope they provide updates on this soon. Other than that when it functions, having the ability to customize sound is great and the app is fairly user friendly. I definitely would recommend this type of bud if your looking for something with great sound that won’t fall out of your ear when your active. I do wish that along with the immersion it had the same capabilities as the other Bose Ultra line but it’s not a deal breaker these are pretty amazing!

The good thing is that they are super comfortable, you can hear them very well and they last a long time. The bad thing is that when they call you, they don't hear you well or they don't hear you at all and when you're fine, some video loses sound or has some interference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a previous owner of Bose earbuds, I loved the sound quality! However, I have never been a huge fan of shoving something into my ears. These new Ultra Open earbuds are absolutely amazing! I still get that Bose quality sound, and the comfort is like nothing else! The added features are very cool as well! Immersive sound! Everything I needed in earbuds!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were a Mother’s Day Gift because my Apple AirPods where giving me some issue. I love the feel of these, sound quality is great. My first complaint is that no one can hear when I am on phone calls. 2nd is when the call ends if I’m listening to music it doesn’t continue to play. I have to restart. I know may seem trivial but it’s a pain. I bought these because i didn’t want the earbuds inside my ear but seems like i could have saved some money and just bought some Apple AirPods. Overall I do really like them, I like not having something in my ear.

I bought these new earbuds , and they are the best product ever! They feel great and sound perfect for a busy lifestyle. The freedom to listen to my music and answer calls, and still be aware of my soundings is perfect. Easy to put on with ease and comfort . Bose is the only company for excellent pleasure!
