I love the design of the earbuds. It's like wearing earrings. But the volume is terrible. I cannot hear anything with distinction when I'm outside. Music is very low and almost indiscernible as well as the voices of people I'm talking to on the phone. I'm very disappointed for the money they cost me. The concept and the design are great but the performance is totally unacceptable.

I tried a different brand of open earbuds and hated them. I was nervous buying these, but they are so worth the money! If you are questioning buying them, DO IT!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my bud's for two months now. The sound is as expected from bose top notch. The range is amazing no it is incredible. I have been known two set my phone down at work and walk off with most blue tooth buds will cut out 10 to 20 feet away. The open air buds I can get a couple 100 feet away before they cut out. The other thing one day after buying I dropped one of them in a hot Epson salt tub of water twice. (The second time trying to retrieve it) After drying it out there was no difference in sound .

They don’t have the same sound as in the ear buds or headphones but for something that is secure in my ears, very comfortable and allows me to move about without falling out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well they sound great once you get used to them but at first they almost feel like they will fall off because of where they go but they are pretty secure and will not fall off also remember that they are not as loud as the in ear ones which is something else I had to get used to but they still are loud for outer ear. Over all I like them once I got used to them.

I’m not a fan of them at all, I own just about all Bose head sets and others products of Bose, I’m a long time customer. These ear plug have excellent sound however, it’s difficult to wear in my left ear, it’s discomforting in my left ear, it’s very discomforting, I gave them to my daughter who’s paying me installments! lol!

I have tried everything from amazon no name brands to jbl and these are mu Winner!!! They don’t hurt my ears!!!!!! I am so in-love with these Bose Ultra Open Earbuds!!!!! My only problem that I have had twice is people not hearing that good. It’s only happened twice but still love them!!! Thanks Bose for making these!!!!!!!!🥰😘

The BEST ear buds I have ever owned. I don't have to worry about them falling out of my ears. I don't have to stop the music to hear people talking or miss hearing important sounds and phone calls. I could not be happier and it doesn't interfere with my abilities and responsibilities at work.

I bought these a couple of months ago and I love them. The battery life really is 48 hours. I was on vacation and didn’t have access to a charger and the buds lasted all day. The buds also charge very fast on the dock. The sound is great once you find the right placement. The only thing I don’t like is that if you wear ear plugs with them you can’t hear the music but that is a minor inconvenience. Also I don’t know if they are water proof but I got in the shower and started to rinse my hair and I forgot they were and they got drenched and still worked after. All in all a solid product but gave only had them like 3 months
