Received the quietcomfort earbuds 2 weeks ago. These have been the best earbuds that I have ever owned. I used to use Apple AirPods which these don’t even compare. Comfort is a lot better and doesn’t hurt my ears after a hour of use. Noise cancellation is good with quality and providing a HD experience. However, I still can hear my surroundings slightly for safety which is something I value. At first, the earbuds took sometime to figure out to pause when I took off the earbuds but that improved after a couple uses. I wish that it was easier to take the earbuds off and play something on my phone speaker without needing to place the earbuds in the case to disconnect the Bluetooth temporarily. For example: if I want to play a short video to a friend, I wish I could just take off the earbuds and place in my hand temporarily versus needing to place them in the case to disconnect. If I don’t place in the case, it will still play through the earbuds. I also cannot believe the battery life. After 2 weeks, I am still at 100% and I use it on and off throughout the day. Very impressive!

And the best headphones I ever had, and I had many….I have a small ear canal and would constantly loose my earbuds, just walking. When I saw these I knew I had to buy them, what a great concept and I have never lost them. Many times I have forgotten to remove them after my walk, not realizing they were still on my ears, that is how comfortable they are to wear. No pressure points, no messing with them, once they are on they stay put and don’t weigh a thing. The sound is incredible and someone standing next to you can’t hear your music, so not to worry, you are safe with your tunes.

I bought these open earbuds 3 weeks ago. Best purchase ever. I hate wearing traditional earbuds since they fall out. These earbuds stay in place no matter how i move my head. Sound is great. I was afraid that since they are not noise canceling i would hear everything around me. On the contrary the noise around me is minimal.

I’ve had these a couple of months. Very comfortable, easy to forget you’re wearing them. Great using them for meetings or talking to people while staying aware of your surroundings and being able to listen and respond to people around you. Sometimes they’re not loud enough on conference calls while I’m listening and driving but overall they do what I need. Music sounds good but doesn’t compare to buds that seal your ear.

Bose Ultra Open Earbuds are awesome for listening to music or any sounds (podcasts, etc.) as you'd expect. The design of these earbuds is amazing. With the open design, you hear everything going on around you, and the they're exceptionally secure on the ear. The earbuds look great on the ear. The disappointment remains the sound quality to the person on the other end of the line when you're on the phone with these earbuds. For earbuds at this price, I expect perfection. This is not my first pair; I have the original Smoky White pair, but I ordered the latest addition in color (Sunset Iridescent) not only because they look nice, but to see if there had been any improvement in the microphone quality for calls. Unfortunately I'm getting the same responses when on calls: 1.) I can't hear you. 2.) WHERE ARE YOU? You sound like you're in a cave. 3.) I can't understand you; your voice is dropping in and out. It would be so helpful if Bose could either do a software update to help or offer pointers for HOW TO GET THE BEST RESULT from these earbuds when you're on the phone. One discovery when on the phone, it seems the listener on the other end hears me better if I intentionally speak more softly or do NOT speak as loudly as my regular speaking volume. If this is true, that would be a good detail to communicate.

Best purchase I’ve ever made. They super comfortable that I forgot that I’m wearing them. They serve me right because I add the sound track to my life while still present in my surroundings. Can’t beat that. Thank you Bose for designing these great earphones.

I’ve worn them pretty much everyday, sweet spacial movement audio These are excellent for the gym, unlike other pro version earbuds that fall out while I’m working out all the time, constantly having to readjust and get the music back on. These haven’t fallen off or out once. I’m not wasting gym and commute time by having to fidget with the proper fitting, these stay put. I wish I had bought these Ultra Opens earlier.

I use these working out with weights, elliptical and jumping rope. The noise reduction is less than pricier ones but where I workout that is not an issue. I always like the bose sound. I am a bose fan. My friend and I talk about the bose products. The sound is natural good highs and the bass compliments the midrange and highs. I like the fact bose designs their speaker. I also enjoy the voice commands helpful when using gloves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my recent trip to Spain to wear while on the airplane and they worked very well for the level of noise canceling I prefer and they were very comfortable. I especially loved that I didn't need to worry about losing them because they fit very securely.

However when having them for long periods of time hurts my earlobes, otherwise I love the sound from them once they’re adjusted correctly
