Beautiful outstanding sound for music listening but horrible for calls. People can't hear you well. I tried adjusting the direction, changing positions but remains the same. Very bad for calls... If you wanna use them for music listening these area amazing, just dont expect much for phone calls

I’ve had these a few months. They serve the purpose I bought them. Great quality BOSE sound while still being able to hear the surrounding ambiance. They can sometimes get drown out in noisy environments, but that’s a bit expected. Comfortable wear for hours. There is a learning curve to the functions and buttons. Download the app. My biggest complaint is the microphone seems to pick up all surround noise as well. People have complained they cannot hear me well when I’m speaking to them using the buds. And occasionally the sound skips or sounds choppy. I have not done aggressive workouts with them. Mainly use them while working so as not to disturb others.

I did have one instance where only one of the earbuds was connecting properly but got resolved with me going through and pairing with my phone again. The quality of sound is great and for someone that struggled having traditional earbuds in there ears due to them starting to hurt after a short time. This product solved all of my issues with earbuds and provided me a quality experience.

I love having music with me wherever I go, and I can wear these for 8 hours straight without any discomfort. Since they’re open earbuds, there’s no pressure in the ears and no risk of infection—huge plus! They’re a bit pricey, but honestly, totally worth it.

My Apple AirPods Pro’s died. This is not good when you spend so much time commuting to work on airplanes and running through airports. I needed something and I wanted something different than just another set of AirPods. I saw these online and I was enticed. I really don’t like having my ears occluded when you are in public spaces because I feel vulnerable to bad guys. This particular product fit the bill. Good looking, high-quality, great reputation and my ears are open to hear my surroundings. So far so good. I do miss noise cancellation to be honest, but on airplanes this gets the job done. Highly recommended. ✅

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for a month now. The problem is with my ears not the unit. The ear buds don't fit deep inside my ears for the sound to be as loud or good as it should be. At 100% volume, the units are just loud enough to hear vs in-ear-canal earbud like airpod pro I'd run at around 35%-40% volume. When you push them in everything gets better and the volume increases dramatically. Like I said, this is a problem with the shape of my ears not the units. Yes, I have tried many positions. The units are comfortable and just loud enough to be useful walking on the treadmill at the gym. The strange thing is that they get louder when I connect them to a pc. Product improvement idea...give an option to make them go a few millimeters deeper in the ears.

I got the earbuds close to a month ago and I am so disappointed. The first earbuds to have the noise control feature for 8 hours! That means that they can be used to sleep. And yet, they have the initial voice prompt that can't be turn off. If they move a little there is that prompt again that wakes me up time after time. What a shame. So awesome but I have to return them.

I got these in the past month and they are hands down the earbuds I have used so far. The sound quality is superior to other earbuds in my opinion. I definitely won’t be using any other in the future. They are also super comfortable and have great battery life.

I also am afraid they are going to fall off, but getting used to how to put them on securely. Do love the full ambience settings.
