[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a pair of quiet comfort ultra earbuds that fell out of my ear and broke in half. Found out they were no longer under warranty. I liked the quality of the buds but was disappointed that the first time they fell out of my ear they broke. So I did buy a pair of the standard quiet comfort. Maybe because I had the ultra first but I’m not very impressed with these ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought them this month and love the fit, sound and the ability to talk on them. I put them in incorrectly at first so the sound was very low. Once I made the adjustment things changed significantly. Great purchase!!!

Now that I have had the time to fully experience my ultra open earbuds, I feel that I can give an honest review. I absolutely love almost everything about them except for the fact that they don’t hold a charge for up to 18 hours as advertised. Besides that, they are a lovely addition to my devices.

I have been using the open earbuds for few weeks now. These are really great for a active lifestyle, running, hiking or in the gym. I have used them while shopping and in the malls. I really like it how they stay in place and are light weight so the ears do not feel fatigued. Also while listening to music one can hear around the surroundings, which is helpful. The bass/volume on the music is good but not at the same level as Bose's in ear buds that I also use. I would think this is expected, because the speakers are clipped outside the ears and one would hear the music accordingly ( instead of the ear phones inside the ear ). The only con, for which I am unable to rate this higher is the call quality. Even with cranking up the volume all the way cannot hear what the other person is saying! For anyone using ear buds often for calls it would be a challenge. Maybe I have not found the right setting or maybe there may be some future firmware update to hopefully improve this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Bose ultra open earbuds last week and I love the sound quality. There are three things I believe need to be worked out. The part that goes into the ear has some sharp parts that do poke and irritate the skin. The second part is that the earbuds disconnect frequently. It seems they can’t stay connected all the time even when the phone is with me. Thirdly I’d the microphone quality out direction seems to be off. When talking to someone the microphone picks up everything around you and hardly hear your voice. Your voice comes out muffled and soft. If these things could be worked out there’s would be the best on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for Christmas and I love the way they fit on your ear and are not inside your ear. I just wish that the battery life lasted longer than five hours. And that’s the maximum. The right bud usually is 30% lower than my left bud. All in all, I’m very happy with them and I find them to be comfortable, and the quality of sound is outstanding.

Love how I can hear colleagues when they try to get my attention while listening to music on these; something I couldn't do with regular ear buds. So easy to pause the music and have a conversation. Strong recommend for office setting.
