I really love these earbuds and the sound quality and comfort are great. However, I wish a few things could possibly be updated/fixed with some updates. First off, there is no way to tell how much charge is left on the case, that would be a great improvement so that I can know when it needs a charge. Also, the call quality is not great. The person on the other side seems to always hear an echo, some sort of tuning and voice seperation update like the airpod pros just received would be great. If those two things were updated/tweaked these earbuds would be perfect.

I bought these a few months ago to replace my Bose glasses. I really like them. The sound is good. They are very comfortable. I can hear what is going on around me while listening to music. I like that nothing is in my ears. The only down side is the battery life. I wish the batteries lasted longer.

I have been using these for the last few months, mainly for audiobooks and some music. I purchased these because I need open air headphones and these are far and away the best I have ever used. Battery life has been great. Connection has been solid. My only star reduction is that I need them to be a little louder on occasion. Small nitpick.

I made my purchase and bought a silicone case for earplugs. The shipping was sent separately, and it took much longer than I expected. My Boss headphones sometimes don't charge properly, but when they do, the battery lasts. They're comfortable and have good sound. They're great if you like to be able to hear what's going on around you even when you're listening to music. I bought mine on February 17th, and I still haven't received a replacement.

I really like these QuietComfort Earbuds. I have a pair of the Ultra Earbuds as well. The QuietComfort Earbuds have some options that the Ultra Earbuds do not and visa versa. I love that the QuietComfort Earbuds have wireless charging capability. I am very happy with these.

I bought the Ultra Open Earbuds less than a month ago, I believe I have found an earbud that will keep up with my lifestyle, it easy to keep up with and doesn't fall out of my ear. it keeps me able to listen to the music and still hear whats going on around me without me loosing my concentration of what I am doing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds a few weeks ago. WOW! These earbuds fit just right, noise blocking is amazing. Much comfortable than the last pair I owned. I highly recommend these earbuds. I fell in love right away.

I’ve had these for a few months now. They are great for the environment I work in. I can listen to my music (on low) and still carry on a conversation. Sometimes I hear a good song playing from somewhere else in the room only to realize it’s right in my ear because of how lightweight these are. I also like the look of them as they look more like jewelry than other earbuds. The only downside is that others tell me I sound distant when using them to answer a phone call. Regardless, these are highly recommended.
