This is the ticket! At first I thought the music was playing from my phone and not the earbuds! I can still hear through them fine while vacuuming. I have no regrets with this purchase.

Good sound quality is very good clear rich bass..easy to set up…easy to wear..and it’s there all day long..not easy to fall off.. Great 👍 Bad.when I’m called all the answers .said the same is POOR from me it’s hard to hear 👂 I’m Bose customer about 20 years..maybe it’s to long time to try something else..

I have listened to a lot more music in the 4 months since I purchased them, and the reasons for this are the top-notch comfortability of these earbuds and the awesome sound quality. The Ultra Opens sit on the cushy part of the earlobe, and I hardly notice that I have them on. I'm able to lie down in bed sideways with them in and fall asleep. The sound quality is excellent, and there are 2 immersion modes that make songs pop. I also really appreciate how I'm able to interact with people and my environment with these in, while still being able to listen to the content I want to listen to. Grocery shopping is particularly fun when I can listen to my own playlists, rather than the stores' These are a great purchase for people who are looking for comfortable earbuds and have a tough time finding one that fits their ear canal suitably, and for those who put a premium on being able to hear their surroundings. I have the Sandstone and I am happy with the understated vibe, but it was a tough choice with all the colorfully pretty options

Not just because of the superior sound quality, but because of the interchange and comfortable ear bands. I stopped wearing earbuds because my ears always push them out. Im in between ear sizes. With the adjustable ear stabilizing bands it allows you comfort and proper fit. Those other ear stabilizers are uncomfortable. Thanks bise

I’ve had my ultra open earbuds for about a month now and the only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is call volume. They fit me very comfortably to the point that I have actually forgotten that I’m wearing them. I have never found earbuds that will stay in and I wear glasses so the over the ear style are pointless but these are perfect. The battery life usually lasts my entire workday (10+ hours of moderate use) and listening to music with them is truly fantastic. I had an issue with my charging case, one of the pins was trapped below the plastic, that I was able to correct without having to wait out the returns process (3 weeks). To make these earbuds perfect Bose just needs to have calls and music be able to have the same range of volume. Calls are much quieter than music and if there’s even a bit of background noise calls become bery difficult to hear at even the highest volume. Music does not suffer from this issue so it doesn’t really make sense to me. I use an iphone 14 and the Bose app.

I'm on the fence about these right now. I've only been using them about 2 weeks. The immersion sound quality is great! I have not had ear buds that sit like this on the ear so that is definitely an adjustment. I felt like the rim of my ear hurt a bit the first couple days, but now they don't really bother me. My main issue is that every time I place a call the sound cuts out and people say they can't hear me at all or I sound very far away. I use my ear buds all day for work so if this doesn't improve they would be a waste of money for me

I bought them from another country worried about delivery and transporting but it turned out with no problems at all!! Sound quality is great, bass boost is awesome, noise cancelling is something I’ve never seen before. The fact that you can turn off noise cancelling mode is awesome. Case is perfect size, would have love to see them with spatial audio or earbuds tracking in case you loose one of them. Bose is doing a really great job so far. I really hope they keep listening to the community and improving their products rather than charging massive prices for bad same re-branded products. So far so good Bose!! Keep it up and here you’ll find a loyal costumer!!
