I decided to buy these after my bone conducting headphones stopped working. I was always hesitant to buy wireless earbuds because they always fall out of my ears while working out. These seemed to be the best choice because they clip to the outside of my ear canal. The sound quality is what I would expect from Bose and from an open ear headphone. They do cause some ear pain over time where they clip that I will get used to over time. My main problem is the lack of a find my earbuds function in the app. I was told there was a plethora of problems in the past with this function so they removed it. If Bose brought back this function it would be worth another star. However if Bose were to make some sort of lanyard attaching them that would make me feel more at ease on my bike rides.

Got these 4 months ago. These are hands down the best earbud type headphones I’ve ever owned and I’ve tried ALOT! My ears are really small so all others I tried either fall off, fall out, and just plain hurt my ears. These headphones right here are the truth!! They clip on which is so much better. They are comfortable, stay on my ear, and do not hurt. Most of the time I forget they are on. They are better than advertised, and of course sounds quality is great. This is a real review, not something fake to get you to buy it. I’m just very appreciative.

I have a hard time with earbuds with my sensitive ears and these don't hurt. I can wear them as long as I want with no discomfort. The sound is impeccable. I LOVE THESE EARBUDS. I'll never use any other earbud ever again.

Other headphones like AirPods and beats hurt my ears after wearing them for a long period of time. I can wear these with no issues and they stay in my ears much better than other open ear headphones. Sound quality is also amazing!

Ultra Open Earbuds are the best on the market. I have had and have a countless number of Bose products and I can only say this…they did it again. If you’re looking for comfort, style and a good look, with that same sound quality that Bose knows so well, this is it. I now have to buy a second pair; my wife won’t give them back. Great job Bose😅

I’ve been using for a few weeks now. Good for music. They are lightweight and take some getting used to as they DO NOT SIT INSIDE THE EAR! Battery life is amazing, last me all day; will forget you’re wearing them! Phone calls have been horrible for me! I thought maybe because I was only wearing one! Even with both of them the quality is poor as far as people say. When I’m speaking on the phone with them in, I often have to repeat myself constantly. That makes me sad! The main reason for my purchase. The price is for the brand. These ain’t that phenomenal.

I bought these to replace my Apple AirPods as I’ve had two sets now and eventually I get to where ppl can’t hear me talk very well. I’ve trouble shooted with Apple and it didn’t help I figured it was time to try something different. So far these have worked really well. They fit nicely in the ear just the way they arrived although there are other pieces to change out sizes. Sound quality is nice and you can make the sounds work for you with an equalizer and a lot of other features in the Bose app. Bought these pink as it’s my fave color and they are a nice soft pink. Very pleased with purchase.

Had a few weeks to use now and the earphones are great, the sound quality and comfort is really impressive. I owe a pair of Bose quiet comfort buds which are really good but after an hour or two of wear are fairly uncomfortable. So thought would give these ago. Sound quality is on par with my previous Bose but it is the comfort that is the game changer. Have worn these for nearly a full day and have no irritation. The but comes from taking a call while wearing the buds, so far have been able to hear the caller or have them hear me which is a really shame.

Purchased the product to primarily use while cycling to replace my bone-conduction system that was bothering my ears. Overall they work great but do have limitations. At $299 they’re expensive knowing you’ll more than likely need a second noise-canceling pair for traveling. I found them great for hiking and cycling unless the wind picked up and while descending or reaching speeds over 25 mph on the bike. The wind just makes it impossible to hear an audio book and/or music. Similarly, wearing them on a flight was challenging too. At the highest volume level it was difficult to hear clearly. While siting in the terminal my girlfriend said she could hear what I was listening to. So I’ll use my noise canceling headphones to travel. They are incredibly comfortable! So much so I forgot I had them on several times. Drawback is they will pop off relatively easily if brushed or hit. Taking off a shirt will launch them. Taking off my cycling helmet knocked them off as well. Just need to be aware. Again, a truly great product and easy to set up and link to the iPhone but limited in scope.

I have some hearing loss in my left ear and I can actually kind of hear with these on since they don’t plug my ear hole. Love the product.
