These are amazing earbuds! They sound phenomenal and still able to talks to people, of course you may have to turn them down a bit first. The only reason I did t give them 5 stars is because I’ve only had them a few months and am already having trouble with the right earbud not charging properly because of the connector in the case. For the price of these there should be an issue with them for a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant... I've never had anything nice like these! I figured as a hospice patient i could spoil myself a little.? They stay in my ears all day and night. I alternate one after the other. I also the purchased the wireless charging case which is perfect added some double sided tape for the top part. My only regret is BOSE wouldn't allow me the Deep Plum for my replacements. The color didn't exist when these were purchased at the time so I figured BOSE could've been a little more flexible for a regular customer. These are great companions to have everywhere you go.!

Unfortunately, they just not loud enough when you want it loud, so for that reason I had to return them. I'll buy them again if version 2 fixes thus issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the ultra opens for a little over 2 months, and I'm glad i bought them. In a quiet environment they're providing exactly what i was looking for...fantastic sound from something that wasn't an earbud or headphone. The fact that i get this level of sound quality while still maintaining full situational awareness and/or being able to carry on a normal conversation with someone, definitely made them worth the price. With all that said, in louder environments (ie walking down the street, in a store/gym, etc), they definitely get drowned out by the ambient noise. But i figured that would happen when i purchased.them(given how they sit on the ear)...and since I wasn't buying them for that use case, I'm not deducting any stars. Regarding the fit, it moght seem odd at first, but they definitely stay in place, and after awhile, I can't even feel them. All in all, a great purchase for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these to replace my Jabra 85ts (which kept falling out of my ear). The Bose earbuds are not as small as the Jabras, but they fit better, feel better and sound better. It seems like the Bose noise cancellation is a little better as well. The new Quiet Comfort phone app is better than the original. My two biggest complaints are you can only create one custom eq setting and the voice control setting drops off by itself. Supposedly you can adjust the hear through amount in the aware mode but I have yet to figure out how to adjust it. All in all they are a solid set of earbuds with a decent phone app.

My only complaint is they could be a little longer to hug the ear better, although that might just be an I have big ears issue. Otherwise they’re perfect.

Had these about a week. The sound is clear and good levels between bass and treble. They don’t fit my ear as well as I hoped. I have some difficulty finding the immersive sound because I can’t quite get a happy fit. Evidently the outside rim of my ear is too large. I don’t quite know what the deal is. Maybe if there was a tiny bit more play in the expansion of the fit around the ear. I also get some static noise for no apparent reason to me. Otherwise I’m pretty happy with them. I love not having them stuck down in my ear causing me irritation and being able to hear when someone is talking to me. I’m still learning about all the maneuvering between the different modes of answering the phone calls and switching to listening to music or tv. I think it’s a good purchase all in all. Fantastic connectivity and fast charging. Wow! Still early days but I hope to give 5 star review in a couple more weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this earbuds one week ago. So far so good. I love the fact that the earpiece doesn't go inside the ear canal. I am able to listen to everything that is around me. I will continue to try this earbuds, but so far they are working great.
