I truly believe the QuietComfort Earbuds showcase outstanding technology—they fit perfectly in the ear, and the sound quality is exceptionally well-balanced and gentle on the eardrums. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bose Ultra Open Earbuds completely reshaped my expectations for open‑ear audio. I always assumed great sound required noise cancellation or full over‑ear headphones, but these proved me wrong. What starts out feeling like a gimmick quickly becomes something you barely notice on your ears. The audio immersion is impressive, yet you remain fully aware of your surroundings — a combination that's hard to beat. I still love my QuietComfort Ultra Headphones, but they serve a different purpose. For all‑day comfort and ambient awareness, the Ultra Open Earbuds are excellent. There are shortcomings, though. Call quality is weak to the point of being nearly unusable, and the earbuds occasionally drop connection and reset themselves, which gets frustrating. If you don't rely on them for phone calls and can tolerate the occasional restart, these remain top‑tier, high‑end earbuds. I use them constantly.

I'm always hated those because no matter what size fittings I used they made my ears hurt after about 30 seconds. These bothered me at first and I was afraid I was going to have to return them, but I stuck with it and now I just love them! And the Sunset Copper color is to die for!

I bought these to replace my Bose Soundsports that I bought in 2016 that I regularly used at the gym for 9 years until the original battery gave out. These give you such a light feeling in your ears that are key at the gym where you need the freedom to move. Being able to move without any wires while still being secure in your ears is great! It feels like you're not wearing them at all. The sound from these also sound very headphone like while still being open. The audio clarity & soundstage is very clear & very impressive. I actually prefer using these over my AirPods Pro 2 at the gym because of the light & secure feeling that they give. Would buy again, 10/10. 👏🙌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my Christmas present last November when they were on sale, since than I had to send them back for a replacement. Unfortunately they seem to have the same issue the right side only has connectivity problems but only on starting to use them each day. Last about 5 min. Maybe after a restart they are fine for the rest of the day. Also I can't use them on phone calls because no one can hear me.

They stay secure when I go for a run as well. The sound is good, especially considering they are not for noise cancelling. Definitely glad I purchased them!

I have a pair of apple AirPods that I like, but when I would wear them while working out, they kept falling out of my ears, so I purchased these Bose earphones to solve that issue. I like these earphones they are comfortable. The sound quality is good, but they are not as loud as they could be depending on how they're placed in your ear so if they could go a little louder, that would be great but otherwise I recommend them they are comfortable, and they are absolutely great for a hard workout or run.
