They’re excellent at what they do, allowing for perfect clarity in sound without blocking out any of the outside world. If you need to shut out the world outside, these aren’t the buds for you. I wouldn't say they are the best sounding Bose headphones I have nor are they good at noise cancellation but that's not why I purchased them. I am constantly wearing in the ear or over the ear headphones and these Ultra Open earbuds are the perfect set to wind down with after a long day.
