[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these for a few weeks now, and I have to say. I couldn't be more disappointed in the purchase of these headphones. I expected more than what I got. I expect for headphones that are over $250.00 to meet the basic quality regarding connectivity, call connections, everyday life type things. But this fell short by a long shot. I have Samsung Galaxy Headphones and I have to say the connection never fails, the sound is superb and the clarity is bar none so far. I have had more complaints from people on the other end of the phone. Sometimes they won't connect when I am trying to answer calls. I will say the Pro's are that it has great sound when connected. I feel free and no ear pain. Expectations: if you are going to be a leading company for your equipment, I strongly urge you to be more in line with some competitors to your product. I will be purchasing the Samsung Galaxy Pro 3 to see if this is going to be better than what these are. I am sad and disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds as a Christmas gift, and while I had high hopes, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Within a month, I had to send them back for a replacement because they wouldn’t maintain a Bluetooth connection. The audio would constantly drop in and out, making them nearly unusable. Bose sent me a new pair, and now, about a month later, I’m dealing with the exact same issue. For earbuds that cost nearly $300, I expected much better reliability. While they are incredibly comfortable to wear, the persistent technical issues completely overshadow that benefit. If you’re looking for high-quality, hassle-free earbuds, I can’t recommend these. The connection problems are just too much of a headache. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I bought this product two weeks ago, although I love the concept of the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds i’m not a fan of the sound quality. It’s doesn’t prevent background noise as I expected and it’s difficult to hear the other party on calls. Ultimately, I wouldn’t recommend these if your primary use will be headphones for calls or just listening to music. However, Bose does have other options that would probably suffice your needs better.

The Ultra Open Earbuds sit with comfort and don't hurt like buds that sit in your ear. Although it'd be cool to get some type of noise cancelation feature, I can live without it. They do however have a cool feature that can make music more immersive. Overall I really like these and am happy with my purchase!

I love these. I was in the market for an open set of earbuds and I hate having my ears plugged up because they itch and I feel like I'm underwater. I was comparing to other models with bone conduction, but I've worn them before and they squeeze my temple a bit too much. I love the look of these, and how comfortable, almost non-existent they are. One word of caution, despite the fact that they sit well on your ears, they're so comfortable it's hard to notice if they fall out. One situation where they fell off was when removing a medical mask, those strings are the perfect angle to slip these right off... almost ended up in the trash. A second time I just took a towel off from around my shoulder and one got pulled out, and again, too comfortable to notice it slipped out. Luckily my daughter saw this happen and told me it dropped. Kind of a positive and a negative all in one. Microphone audio quality is horrendous and borderline unusable, but for me I don't take calls on my headphones in general so not a negative for me.

I prefer this offering over the over the ear open ear buds. Much more comfortable, excellent sound quality, premium feel, app is easy to use. I like the we amd immersive audio features. At first, I did not like them, but after trying the other brands, I felt that these were the best product for what I do with exercising , leisure listening, and work.

Got these several months ago. I don’t like ear buds that go into my ear canal. They don’t stay and if the do they hurt after awhile. The Bose Open Ear is what I’ve been looking for. The Bose Open Ear are very comfortable. I can even sleep in them and listen to meditation music to help me go to sleep without disturbing try wife. Also great for music and audio books while out walking or exercising. They stay in and you can still hear surrounding noises. So they are not noise canceling. Using them for talking on phone is hit or miss. Need to be in a quieter area and even then sometimes you have to put them back in the case and then back into your ears for other person to hear you well. I like them for what they are and the comfort. Your music listening quality is good but your can still hear outside noises (unless you turn up volume super loud). Wish I could swim with them. Enjoy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Bose Ultra Open Ear Buds about a month ago, and I am not pleased at all with their performance. I can barely hear the music when there is background noise around. When I 'm in a super-silent area, I have to turn the volume all the way to the maximum setting to enjoy the music at a reasonable level.

Had these headphones for a few months now and they are the BEST headphones I’ve ever used. I wear them all day everyday at work and they never bother me. In fact, if I pause my music, I’ll forget they’re in my ears. I work out, clean, go on walks, etc in them and I never have to worry about them falling out or bothering me. Amazing battery life as well. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually do reviews, but I have to say that these are the best ear buds I have ever owned. I thought I would try them and likely send them back, so I have been very pleasantly surprised. The sound is amazing. I actually prefer them over the quiet comfort buds for sound and every day usability. They have a very nice, comfortable and secure fit. They sound terrific. I can still hear what is going on around me when needed, but the music takes the priority so you really hear what you want to and what you need to in a perfect balance. They are also very easy to use with controls that are simple. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase, and yes they are worth the money.
