Both have added features that, such as steam, that we did not have on our older LG units. We love our new washer and dryer, just like we loved our older 15 year old LG washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer and the WM4000 washer together, the dryer has a lot of great cycles and is easy to set the cycles you want, it is very quiet - - we can barely hear it downstairs when it is running upstairs, no vibration at all. The ThinQ app was a little hard to set up and we could not pair it with the washer. either, as I thought we could. But, overall we are very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a washer and dryer 6 months ago and so far they have run smoothly, I used to have an LG washer and Dryer when I live in Costa Rica and confident we build towards this brand and how reliable it is makes go the same when we moved to the States.

I bought this dryer along with the matching washer a little over a month ago. Am very very happy with both units!! I had them stacked in my utility room to reclaim some room and although I need a step stool to reach the controls and remove the clothes, I LOVE these! Its perfect how the lint screen is right is front and fairly easy to remove and replace. The dryer has a light that stays on for a short while so you can be sure to remove all the clothes and the units chime when they are complete!! It was so funny, the first few times after either the washer or dryer had completed its cycle, and the unit chimed, my dogs started barking at it!!! Its pretty funny. Anyway, I would highly recommend the unit! I haven't used all the features yet only having it for a few weeks, but am very happy with the features I have used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our new LG dryer a month ago and we are very happy with it. It is very easy to operate and drys the clothes very quickly. I love that it's a smart dryer so I can see on my phone when the load is done.

We recently purchased this Dryer and all I can say is WOW! Love all the features this dryer offers. The towel settin is amazing, we have a pool and I am always drying towel. Just spin the dial to Towels and they are dried so quickly. Simply Amazing!! Also love the Steam buttons, they take out wrinkles like magic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for a few weeks and it is a great compliment to my new washer. One of the nicest features is the ThinQ connection. It actually sends a message to my Apple Watch telling me the load is complete. This allows me to remove items more promptly, preventing wrinkles.

Our old washer 'gave it up' and after some research we found this LG to be the brand we wanted to replace our old W/D with. Although the dryer was still functioning, it didn't make any sense to not replace it since they were both over 13 years old. Got both units and they do a great job. Very happy with LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer, well because we needed a new one, it fit within our space for it and it had the features we wanted steam. This dryer came with wifi enabled and we didn't think there was a need for that but hey it came with it so its fine. The dryer works ie it dries clothes. Does it intelligently shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry even if the timer isn't done, not sure... Perhaps it should.

This dryer is super-fast and works really well with the other appliances in our home (Washer and Refrigerator) which are all connected to the LG ThinQ app. The options for cycles are numerous and you can even download different cycle types from the internet. It's really easy to use and so customizable to fit your specific needs regardless of what needs to be done. I absolutely love it.
