Plenty of setting and I haven't explored all of them yet. Wi Fi is a nice feature for monitoring and there appear to be some special drying routine I can download to use on my machine. Very happy with the purchase!!

We got the new dryer and it has been so good, I don't have to guess if my clothes are actually dry or just damp dry. We are in the process of getting the washing machine to go along with it so I'm looking forward to cleaner and drier clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be my second LG dryer in the last 13 years. I would recommend this product never had a problem and did all for service. My towels get the steam cycle after every used this way I can wash them less often.

Advised by multiple repairman and salesmen (with more Samsung inventory mind you) that LG is far superior. Time will tell but so far so good. Appreciate the app and reminders that old is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a couple of months ago and after a month use started noticing the heavy noise, requested for a tech visit and he confirmed that the motor has some problem and needs to be replaced. Cannot use the dryer until the motor is replaced. Not sure about the ETA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG unit replaced a Fisher & Paykel (no longer made with the same high capacity). We have been very, very disappointed in the slowness and incompleteness of the various drying cycles. In LG's quest for energy efficiency, it has manufactured a lesser product for a higher price. The light inside goes off prematurely after it is open. The touchpad with so many complicated settings will likely fail prematurely because electronics and heat do not harmoniously live together; much better to have dials and switches. The positioning of the control pad is made for people of short stature, not tall people who must hunch over to read and program the needed buttons.

I had my first one for 15 years and it was still running perfectly with its matching dryer when we moved and left them with the house. This LG washer is awesome. I love that I can delay start and hit a button from my phone to change the settings. My laundry is coming whiter with the bright whites setting, I love the quick wash setting. The only complaint is, don’t set anything on top of it. The shine finish is super delicate, we have the dark grey, and it has scratches now from setting some laundry on it within the first week. Other than that it works great, functions perfectly and the WiFi it pretty cool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the LG dryer and had a door switch that was intermittent. Had it replaced and the second one has the same issue. Put in a service request and nothing yet for two weeks. However, I taped the switch closed and was able to use the dryer. After serveral days of use, the switch started working consistently????? Really wish we could adjust the temp setting using the sensor settings. Dryer is still working but no service follow up yet.

I like that most of the wash cycles are pretty quick, 30 minutes or less. Something I didn't think was important is a really nice feature. these are WIFI connected and a signal is sent to your phone telling you when the cycle is done. When I am busy doing something else that is a really nice feature especially here in Florida where mildew happens quickly. The same is true with the dryer by knowing when it is done I can get in and hang things so I won't need to iron them later. Our water usage for the month is lower and it is quite likely do to the washer. The dryer also appears to use less. we haven't tried the steam or de-wrinkle features yet, but It is nice to know they are available. We stacked the washer and dryer freeing up enough space to put a 30" cabinet with a countertop and a wall cabinet over it giving us lots of storage and a work surface. We used some left over kitchen cabinets for that.
