We are glad to Purchased from another store and there's no issue for installation. The washer is great. Quiet, efficient and easy to use. Cloths were dry from spin dry cycle when washing is complete. very happy with the product. Strongly recommend to anyone wanting to get a washer and not to be deter by lazy delivery and installer guys.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works quickly, it’s quiet and hello it’s got a touch of rose gold!!! I love the front loading and the pedestals! I have noticed that I have to set It for extra dry to get towels fully dry but other than that it’s worked great.

Purchased because previous dryer broke and repairs so expensive it made more sense to replace. However, I find the choices and number of buttons to press and dial to turn way more complex than necessary (I'm not professional cleaner!). Would like fewer and more straightforward settings. Also, because I could not stack on old washing machine, that had to be replaced too.

This dryer came with wifi enabled and we didn't think there was a need for that but hey it came with it so its fine. The dryer works ie it dries clothes. Does it intelligently shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry even if the timer isn't done, not sure... Perhaps it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our LG dryer a month ago and are so happy with it. It drys close quickly, runs quietly and I love all the features it has, including the ability to steam clothes. It also has an app that tells me when the drying cycle is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned our LG washer and dryer for about a month and a half, and so far we really enjoy the washing machine. It gets clothes clean, it’s fast, and the notifications when a cycle ends via the LG app are great! The dryer has been a mixed bag. In actuality, I’m pretty disappointed that we had to have it serviced already by an appliance technician who replaced the main board and heating element because the dryer wasn’t producing hot air and was giving an error code indicating poor airflow even when the vent was completely disconnected and wide open. I’m hopeful that this was a one-off problem with the dryer, and that the favorable reviews provided by the likes of Consumer Reports actually portray the reliability of this machine from here on. I can’t say I would recommend from personal experience for others to buy this machine, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these a month ago to replace some 10yr old units. The washer worked perfect out of the packaging and had no issues. The dryer on the other hand for some reason wouldn’t register the door being closed so it wouldn’t work. Simple fix for a door switch but still sucks to have a new unit with an issue like that.

Unfortunately, it never dries anything with just one cycle, no matter what setting, no matter what size load, I have had to run it through 3, 4, even 5 times before it all gets dry. I now do time dry, because it's the only way to get anything dry. We have only had this dryer for about a year, and I have to say, we are disappointed but hoping we can find a problem that can be fixed.
