Within the month of owning this unit we have done multiple loads of laundry with no faults at all! The machine is whisper quiet, respectfully, and it very user friendly!! Pair this with the washer and it takes the guess work out of setting the dryer time and setting! Along with ease of use, the LG app and the ThinQ technology allows us to be away from the unit and home and monitor the status of each load! I highly recommend this unit and it’s sister dryer unit!

I hade a little problem couple weeks ago, I called the Company and a nice lady help me figuring it out. Very minor issue.. They have a great capacity. I will recommend them to my Family and Friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer, well because we needed a new one, it fit within our space for it and it had the features we wanted steam. This dryer came with wifi enabled and we didn't think there was a need for that but hey it came with it so its fine. The dryer works ie it dries clothes. Does it intelligently shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry even if the timer isn't done, not sure... Perhaps it should.

Love my LG washer and dryer! I initially owned an LG washer and dryer and enjoyed it for 18 years. When my old washer quit working I went to purchase and bought another brand,I soon realized it was not the quality of my LG and took it back and purchased another LG set. The quality of LG is the best. I absolutely love my new LG set

It dries the clothes in a timely manner and the steam fresh option is great when you leave the clothes in there for an extended period of time. Numerous options are available to choose from.

My husband likes the "steam fresh" setting to freshen up hoodies that have been in a drawer for awhile also great for getting out wrinkles! No more ironing but who irons anymore. I was ready to like this model based on the glowing Consumer Reports reviews. What really stuck with me over the past 3 weeks is how it just disappears. It's quiet and just works. I love the notification on my phone. The old 50-year-old dryer this one replaces sounded like a ready mix concrete truck full of bowling balls. Now I forget it's running.

The smart features are really good and the dial for the different settings are really nice. I had my old set for 15 years and I hope my new LG last as long or longer. Plus they look amazing!
