Have only had the dryer hooked up for one day and a couple of loads but the link with the Thinq app is great. I knew the dryer was venting as I tedted it before I hooked it to the ductwork. After hooking it up there was no exhaust at the outdoor grate - lint dam! I was able to use the remote start feature on yhe phone app to go in the crawl space and disassemble the ductwork while starting and stopping the dryer to locate the blockage. We also purchased the matching washer that links with the dryer. and the washer tells the fryer what setting to use

My husband likes the "steam fresh" setting to freshen up hoodies that have been in a drawer for awhile also great for getting out wrinkles! No more ironing but who irons anymore. I love the sing songy tune it plays when it is done, The washer does it as well. Great dryer thank LG

This is my second LG dryer. My original one got damaged in the Texas Big Freeze, but it served me well for many, many years! The new one is a ThinQ and I love that it holds so many clothes. It has many drying options (12!) and runs so quietly you can hardly hear it. The musical notes on completion of each load is a nice touch, and the big drawer in the base provides lots of extra storage. It was a teriffic buy and the perfect complement for me LG washer!

This is my second LG dryer, it's still working fine it's at another house. This one is different than it connects to the water faucet the nold one filled a container. I do like the way the older model heats the water and streams up this just wets the clothes and then dries them, glad the rest is still the same

My only complaint is that the tumble dry low setting for delicates never gets the clothes completely dry, so we then need to run it twice. Kind of defeats the purpose of the “smart” sensor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the product. Even though I have used it for 1 month only, I have done close to 40 loads of laundry that includes everything from active wear to bedding. I have hade no issues what so ever.

I purchased this electric dryer a couple of weeks ago. It's stylish and works great. The only disappointment is that it only connects to a 2.4GHz wifi network and mine is 5.0GHz so it won't connect. Hopefully LG has a firmware update for that before long, as most networks are going 5GHz.

I was able to take time looking for this dryer. It is such a good dryer. I love the features. The steam feature comes in handy on occasion. All of my summer clothes dry so fast on the perm press mode. I love that it also has a sensory mode to stop when the clothes are dry. It is so energy efficient. This purchase makes me so happy.
