The Steam Refresh, has kept business and church attire at top wearable condition between washing. This dryer is also quieter and helps keep sound to a minimum for harmony in the home. AI Sensor Dry™, means no more random wet spots while folding clothing or bedding. My Drum Light has also been a big convenience, nothing gets left behind! The Wi-Fi control is gratifying, especially for the remote start. Owning the 7.4 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Front Load Dryer with TurboSteam™ and Built-In Intelligence, is highly favorable and is super-eminent to my family's laundry needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not the person you wanted to review this product. I bought it on 4/17. It was delivered on 5/19 but it had the wrong pedestals (which I know was not your fault) they were ordered and came on 5/25. Your guys came out and installed it checked it and all was fine. I washed one load which was great but the second load did not finish the dry cycle and came up with the code d80. One of your guys came out and made sure it was installed correctly which it was. They ran the dryer check and all was fine. I tried to was another load and the same thing happened one load good and the next bad. I Had someone clean out the vent. Ran the check and all was well. The next load again came up with d80. I have washed 5 loads and got this code on 3 of them. I have finally gotten some one to come out on Tuesday so we shall see. The check cycle still says it is fine. So from 4/17 until 6/49 I have done my laundry at my daughters house. Sorry to give this type of review but I am frustrated.

We moved into a new house and had to replace all of the appliances. We chose to go with LG units for everything. This dryer had to be converted to propane but the Service Tech did it in a matter of mins. The unit works well. It is quiet and efficient. We are still learning about some of the advanced features but are impressed so far.

It has great features such as smart app features which allow me to operate my machine from my phone and I can also see how it will take to finish my laundry! It’s just an amazing product overall! I must recommend giving it a try!!!

Have only had this for a couple of weeks now, but so far so good. We are having an issue with bigger items like sweaters/hoodies drying with the rest of the clothes so we usually take them out after a little bit and let them air dry on a hanger. Need to dive into the details a bit to figure out if it's some setting we arent using.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice dryer with lots of features. My only issue is the wifi setup. The dryer does not support 5Ghz networks - only 2.4ghz. If you have a multiband router, you can make it work but it’s tricky and requires another device.
