[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is full of features, but without a manual on how to use them! The machine does its job and drys the clothes. Another problem is that it needs a water hook up for the steam feature which requires a small hose and a y fitting to connect. The unit comes with the y fitting only! So be prepared to running around looking for the hoses needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this LG dryer for a few months and so far it's been great. Just like the washer, we like the design and ease of use. The dryer has a large capacity which easily fits our bedding/blankets and other bulky items. There are 5 heat settings for more precise drying compared to my previous dryer. We use the alert feature often to ensure we remove our clothes promptly. Another neat feature is when you pair the washer and dryer, it recommends a dry cycle based on your wash. All you have to do it push start. Overall, the dryer is a great additional to our household. .

Within the first two years, we have had to replace the control panel after the door sensor stopped working, as well as replacing all 3 of the "fins" inside the dryer after they broke off. They're held on by two screws in flimsy plastic holes. I can't say I'll be buying an LG product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer at the recommendation of my electronic repairman after owning a Kenmore dryer for 20 years. He told me LG has the best performance record. I like the height- easy to fold clothes on top of it. It has a large capacity and many dry cycles for all types of clothing. I have used the steam feature once and have yet to use the WiFi feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wires fried inside the dryer after 2 months of use. My own research found the manufacturer doesn’t tighten the terminals enough from the factory and can cause arcing from the power cord. FIRE HAZARD.

Dryer has lots of features including steam options like "Steam Fresh" for removing wrinkles from clothes that you don't want to iron. Like my old dryer I have found even with the dry sensor when doing heaver clothes the dryer completes a cycle before the clothes are fully dry. When this happens you can just add a second manual dry cycle to finish drying the load or increase the dry level modifier to a very dry setting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the washer and dryer pair a couple of week’s ago and are very pleased with both. They are very quiet and do a remarkable job of cleaning and drying our clothes. They are also very attractive .

Less than year of use this dryer, keep constantly failing airflow sensor error code shows d80 or d90. Cleaned every corner, inside machine, including house duct systems, nothing works. I loved LG machines are reliable and last longer. I am not happy with technology advances it keeps failing the machine performance. According to LG’s quote “Life is good”, it is great, but my life is very miserable with broken or malfunctioned dyer at the house. Life is not so good! Before you buy the dryer, please don't get excited about advanced technologies, instead do your research and find reliable one that doesn't fail.
