We have 3 cats and have recently started buying this because its a better buy then our old brand.  One of our cats is having an allergic reaction to it. She is constantly licking, scratching and pulling her fur out leaving big sores on her body. Her sister won't use the litter boxes at all. Our male is not having any issues with it. While it smells good in the pail and does clump, it does not mask the litterbox smells even with scooping the boxes everyday. We still have some left but I'm trashing it and switching back to our old litter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a first time cat owner and when it came to litter, I decided to go with the baking soda liter because baking soda is such a necessity and it never lets me down. However, this time it did. It didnt clump as well but my biggest issue was the smell! After trying the purina liter, Im in love! It clumps better, feels very soft but best of all the smell is amazing! Even when the liter box is full of pee and poop the smell stayed fresh. Definitely recommend this!

I tried this litter a couple months ago and so glad I did!  My cats had been peeing outside the box for a year.  I'd been trying different litters seeing what would make it stop, with no luck.  The day I tried this litter the peeing stopped immediately!!   Thank you Thank you Thank you!  

Exposed to this product originally through the pet rescue organization I work with. I usually stay away from perfumy litters - but I've gotten used to this one. It is very effective when maintaining a litter box with six or more kittens! Only problem, now that I'd like to use it for my own cats... my local grocer doesn't carry it, PetsMart had it - but doesn't anymore, WalMart only has it sometimes (would like the PowerBlend even more if they could keep it in stock). If I have a choice between the TCw/Glade or PowerBlend - I'd pick PowerBlend every time, even if its more expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a sensitive nose and was worried the scent would be overpowering. It was not,it’s a light scent and smells good. I have a 13 years old cat and a cat that’s a year old. Between the both of them the litter held up well ask long as I scooped daily. My older cat doesn’t like to bury her business so it can get stinky fast but with this litter it wasn’t as bad.

I was torn on what to do about my litter situation. My kittens aren’t picky, but I felt I was literally throwing my money away every week with the more expensive litter options. Spoke to my foster and she told me about this and it has changed my life. The smell is nonexistent and my kittens aren’t overwhelmed with the scent. I am now a fan forever of Tidy Cats. Can’t wait for the max version.

I started buying it because the price is lower than the brand and product I prefer buying, in the so-called low dust cat litters. Even when I am careful, there is still a cloud of dust when new litter is added and when it is sifted. There is a lot of cat litter debris on the floor from the cats' paws, but that is better than gummy paws that my cats would have to eat to clean their feet. My sister tells me there is still a cat waste smell in and outside the room. It's not good to have perfumes in cat litter though. It comes in a sturdy box that protects the litter. The 40lbs. is very heavy, but free shipping helps save my back. I can drag it to the room and carry it if I have to. I love the discounts. It feels like thievery though, to be charged tax on the full price, no matter who is providing the discount. A very unethical practice.

I have been using Tidy cats litter for the past 6 months, over all i'm happy with the performance of the product. I recently decided to try the Glade tough odor solutions formula, It performs as good the same as the other Tidy cats products, but this formula smells like sour grapes instead a Glade air freshener. The cat uses it but it seems like it messes up her senses, instead of her usual small cover up mounds of litter she now makes mountains of cover up litter. I think i will be going back to one of the other formulas and getting rid of this one, which puts a bit of a dent in my wallet because the oversized litter box takes 30 lbs to get the litter to 4 inches deep.

I purchased this product a week ago and I love it especially the texture the litter takes on once my cats make there deposits it clumps into a circle which makes it easy for me to dispose. I odors is almost non exist glade teaming up with Tidy cat makes a great product.

I use to buy this a lot and it worked great, but now it doesn't seem to clump anymore. When scooping out the litter the clumps just seem to fall apart and scatter throughout the box. Maybe that is why the Glade is in there. I would adjust the wording on the box to say it doesn't clump. I don't know if you have changed the formula or not but I think I'll pass on this.
