Great product that truly supports multiple cats!

We have many cats and go through a box in a couple of weeks. We have tried many different brands and technologies but this has been the only one we would recommend. Expensive machines are marketing genius but not really good (for us). All leave dust. So in the end, we settled on huge litter boxes and built a little room to hold them. We clean our litter boxes every day and keep them at 3” deep. Some of the cheaper litters don't clump. So for us, this is it. And when they go on sale, we max out.

Go back to the two 20# jugs.

I like this cat litter, what I don’t like is the 40# box. I much rather prefer the two 20# jugs over the one box of 40#. I’m approaching 70 years and lugging two 20# containers is easier to that of one 40# box. I have to carry them down into the basement and on the main floor. Again, it is easier and safer to tote two 20# jugs than a 40# box.

Too Heavy

I have 8 rescue cats and tidy cat works very well, but the 40 pound boxes are very hard to handle. They used to be 2 20 pound containers per box so I could open the boxes and carry them I’m glad that Sam’s delivers otherwise I wouldn’t be able to continue using it

Save your money, do not buy! No odor control.

I would give zero stars if possible. Save yourself the hassle and buy Fresh Step litter. This litter does not control odors at all after 3 days. You will be doing complete litter changes way too often.

Horrible Stuff!

This has to be the worst cat litter we've ever used, and I'm including generic brands in that! Ten days of odor control? The litter crumbles whenever a pee clump is scooped, so within a few days it's already smelling like ammonia. I will never buy this brand again, and I honestly don't know how they still have customers.

Not the same litter as the jugs(stinky too fast)

I do not like this litter! I normally use this same exact scent but in the plastic jugs and I don’t know if they secretly change the formula for this particular box kind because it doesn’t keep odor at bay as long as the jug ones. I clean my cats litter box everyday and dump it completely and swap the litter once a week, the jugs normally don’t have it horribly stinky by day 7 but this box crap doesn’t deodorize good and after three days their litter box smells horrible. Not worth saving a measly few bucks compared to buying the two jugs. Sam’s used to sell the two jug pack, I wish they’d bring that back.

No good!

I usually use Fresh Step, decided to try this because it's cheaper. Theres a reason: it does not cover smell at all. The large box also seems more wasteful, and is much harder to use. Even the cats conplaines about the new litter. Will not get again.

Worst litter we've ever used.

We were walking on litter throughout the house for 2 weeks once I started using this brand. The cats tracked it EVERYWHERE. I assume because the litter isn't grinded down enough and it's more like balls of litter, but all I know is never ever ever EVER again. I put the second box we bought straight in the trash. What a waste!

Clean hourly unless you want a stinky house.

Must be cleaned multiple times a day unless you want a stinky house. Only got this because they were out of the44lb fresh step even though they showed it available for pick up or delivery. It clumps nicely but does little to nothing for smell. Fresh step is better.

Help I need cat litter!

This product is too difficult to handle. I need the 2-20pound jugs. I understood it’s not the best for the environment, however I can’t deal with this box it’s just too heavy. I ordered the box and asked your associate to help me empty the box into one of my empty jugs, which they did reluctantly. However this isn’t the best solution.
