Yep buyer beware false advertising..... Description This Tidy Cats With Glade cat litter product includes two 20-lb. jugs, providing plenty of scoopable clumping cat litter for multiple boxes. This is now a box of litter. No jugs. Makes it impossible to carry. I get these specifically for the 2 jugs so I can carry them. I had more order picked up by a family member and now I am stuck with them not being what I always ordered for years and years from sams WILL NOT BUY AGAIN

HORRIBLE PRODUCT AND PACKAGING
My Dad bought my cats a box of this litter. I had never used it before....and will NEVER use it again. Product has VERY POOR clumping, the scent is extra strong and is very very dusty...it makes all my cats sneeze, they really didn't like to use it, they mainly used the other 2 boxes in the house with a "store brand" in them. . Also the packing it horrible, litter comes out of the bottom of the box as fast as the top where the pour hole is and makes a BIG MESS. It also makes my eyes burn and water when scooping. I only used part of the box, then threw out the rest....I felt bad for my babies, them having to use a product of such low quality. I hate having to give this litter even 1 star.

Great Litter but Delivery Process Sucks Big Time!!
The boxes had been dropped and rolled around so musch that the litter was loose in the outer packaging and a lot of it was lost and unusable. I had even bought two boxes and both were the same!!! On the other hand I do love the litter but the delivery process sucks for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Need BIG MUSCLES to pour
I just started using it today in my cats boxes. Unfortunately, it was too heavy to pour sufficient due to the poor packing it came into, a cardboard box very difficult to manage. It should've been in a heavy-duty plastic container or two with a handle each. I would not buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

Horrible packaging!
Another once-loyal customer here who won’t ever buy this litter again because of the new packaging. It is now so heavy— just a HUGE box of liter with no internal packaging to divide the weight—I could not haul it up my stairs into the house. Three boxes of it (I care for foster cats) sat in the front yard (where I with my injured back had managed to wrangle it from the car by driving up to my door) until it got rained on and ruined before my bf could move it inside for me. Total waste, and I had to clean sticky, wet litter up out of my grass! NOT HAPPY! I fully appreciate less packaging in most instances, but whose bright idea was this?

Only for the Strong!
This used to some in 2-20 pound jugs, that I could separate in the car & bring inside one at a time. Now,It's jus 40 pounds of loose cat litter in a box. As a 73 year old woman, I had to ask a neighbor to bring it inside for me. And then help me pour it into my Litter Robot. I'm not sure if I can buy it again.

Tidy Cat Multi-Cat Clumping litter with Tide
I used to think Tidy cat was the best, not anymore! It doesn’t clump like it used to and I’m having to change it out every other day. I have 4 cats and it gets expensive. Quality has gone down but price is way up. I won’t be buying this cat litter anymore.

Awful
It gets one star because it's a good clumping litter. It doesn’t hold odor at all. We scoop and refill every day, and that area of the house always smelled like a dirty litter box. I bought this because it was on sale and our usual was not in stock. I threw it out. It was so bad.

Big changes
You have lost a customer! The new, single 40lb box is ludicrous! No more two 20lb jugs, that were easy to handle. Now, you must lift the whole 40lb box to add litter to your litter box. No handles anymore either, just a pour spout on one side. Whoever made this decision should be FIRED! I will buy litter elsewhere now.
