Sorry to hear about your jeans and sweater. When a POD doesn't fully dissolve and leaves residue on your laundry, the likely culprit is a wash load that is too full or that has too many absorbent items in it. That tends to limit the amount of water that comes into contact with the POD, which can prevent it from dissolving completely during the wash cycle. The good news is that in order to restore your items and remove the residue left behind, the solution is to wash the items again, in the hottest water allowed by the fabric, using no laundry detergent. Please feel free to reach out if you still need our help after rewashing.
