We're tickled to hear that you're a fan of our awesome fresh scent, Kay!

We appreciate your loyalty to Tide, Betty. People like you, people who love Tide and its scents, are core to our motivation and we do continuous research on how to serve them better. Inspired by what people told us in this research, societal trends and the science behind the sense of smell, we have enhanced Tide's scents which now also offer longer lasting freshness experience. If you're looking for something with the same notes as our old Original, we recommend checking out Tide Mountain Spring. We'd be happy to have you try some, just give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us, and we'll be sure to let our team know you'd like to the original scent of Tide return. If you'd like to share more or have questions for us, please don't hesitate to give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

While we're sorry to hear that you're not a fan of our updated Original scent, we'd love to help you find a new Tide favorite! Just give us a call at (800) 879-8433.
