Cleanses and Refreshes

new formula smells like cheap (nasty) cologne

Do the folks at Tide not know how much we loved Tide Original scent? Clothes smelled clean. Not like this new, florid, air-freshener-covering-up-a-bad-odor business.

Clean and Fresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed using the Tide detergent. It has a nice fresh scent. Stain removal is average. There were some stains in my clothing that I could not get out with Tide.

My mom never used it. But I love it. It gets rid of odors, red clay dirt, sweat, grease and more. It's great to wash your floors too and a carpet scrub. It's worth the money to use less and actually get stuff clean.

“Upgraded” to a “rich” scent

Smelled so strong I thought I got a bad batch. Told they “upgraded” original scent from a “light” scent to a “rich” scent. I do NOT want my house and clothes to reek like Tide all day long. Bye Tide.

Not loving “New” original scent

Love Tide detergent. Good value, good quality. Dislike new original scent. My laundry room, hall & kitchen now smell of cheap perfume. Even the day after washing clothes. Returned.

The original Tide scent change is really strong, I thought it got mixed up with the Gain one. You need to warn people when changing scents like this on something “original “

New smell is devastating

I have smell migraine issues. I have used Tide all my life and now I’m looking for a new detergent. I hate visiting my mom because her whole house reeks of this smell.

The new smell is horrible!

I thought I was going crazy! I just bought a second bottle because I thought it maybe labeled incorrectly! Smells gross! Please please bring back the "original " scent!
