Awful new scent

We used Tide Original Scent because we don't like a heavy scent on our laundry. I just bought a 200 fl. oz. jug - complete waste of money. My husband can't even stand to have his clothes washed in it.

very happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell first and foremost. I love the cleanliness of my clothes and the feel the detergent keeps with several washes. It removes stains very well, I would recommend this to everyone.

No other detergent works like Tide.

New Scent is Horrible!

I've been using Tide Original over 20 years now. I'm so disappointed in Tide for changing the formula. Why would you change something that's not broken? I'm on a hunt for a new detergent!

Awesome product

Nothing but the best

Original has awful NEW scent

How can you call it original scent when it's totally different? With allergies I was surprised when without warning I used a product I have trusted for the last 30 years. PLEASE change it back.

We're sorry you don't like the scent of Tide. We changed it in April 2019. If you still seek the former scent, try our Tide Mountain Spring Detergent. It contains the same scent as our former Tide Original. If you have any questions, give us a call at (800) 879-8433.

smell changed

The fragrance on the original tide was the reason I used it, and it seems to have changed! I want the old scent back, and have changed laundry detergent brands because of the new smell.

i use tide all the time because a lot of other laundry detergents irritate my skin. i have no complaints except sometimes it can leave blue marks on my clothes but it washes out the next time i do the laundry

Only if you return the real Original Scent!

Seriously? You can’t change the scent and then call it “Original”! It is too fragrant for my family! The scent is why I have been buying “original” for the past ~20 years.
