We're sorry to hear you didn't get the clean you expected, GG. All our laundry detergents are designed to provide good overall cleaning, and it's disappointing to know this wasn't the case for you. Tide detergents help water to penetrate fabrics and loosen dirt from them. They suspend dirt in the water, so it doesn't go back onto the fabric. However, the soil from the garments may have redeposited on the fabric. Be sure to follow the product's care instructions and use the hottest water safe for the fabric. Also, pretreating stains before washing can help provide better results. We have other tips to prevent this from happening in the future, and we'll be happy to assist you further with this.
