[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide is still the undisputed champion of laundry detergents. Even in cold water it cleans my whites superior to any other detergent on hot. Stain removal is superior to using an additional stain remover.

Had HE washer for 2 years and tried your HE product. Found it would not rinse as well as regular product and had musty smell. Clothes smelled bad after use. Called Tide. they said leave the door open after use. Switched back to reg detergent. Would like to try again. maybe i did something wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a fan of Tide for many years, and have continued to be one. Tide has a variety of scents and can be found in pods, powder and liquid. I prefer the liquid and use the HE (high efficiency). I have found Tide cleans my clothes very well, and takes out stains and grease very well. I am a continued fan.

My family has even commented on how the love the new scent of laundry detergent I was using. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Horrible smell and very strong. I had to buy Tide Original because I couldn’t find Tide Cold Water. The smell is so strong on my clothes makes me nauseated. I had to re-wash them to get rid of the smell. I believe they have changed the scent or the formula because I used to use Tide Original many years ago and it was my favorite. I’ll be throwing this bottle in the trash. Very disappointed!

What’s going on with Tide?! Been using for 15 years, always trusted Original Tide for clean clothes and fresh scent. This one is different, after reading reviews they changed the “Original” scent and now the original is Mountain Spring?? How does that make sense?? The reviews for the original Tide have plummeted to 3.5 star rating merely bc they changed the scent, please fix this problem Tide. Love your products but I want to know Im using the Original that was in fact the Original, not “Mountain Spring” and yes scent is subjective and a personal preference but changing the original and still calling it original is not a welcome change. Will be looking at other detergent brands until the Original Tide is back. Please consider going back to original scent Tide, thank you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of Tide. I enjoy the way it smells and the way it cleans. Tide does a good job of getting out stains and keeps clothes colors looking fresh and new. Another trick I've learned is that if you pre-soak a stain in some detergent, it does a better job of getting the stain out (e.g., grease pop stains, coffee, pasta sauce, etc.). The liquid detergent doesn't leave any residue on clothing either. Overall, it's like liquid gold in our household, and I will continue to use it in the future.

I'm not sure why but Tide keeps suggesting to use the Mountain Spring scent if we don't like the awful new "original" scent. Nice suggestion but does Tide understand that if you have a HE washer you must use HE detergent? Hello-- they do not make the powder in HE in mountain spring and they supposedly make it in the liquid but I can not find it anywhere in stores or on the internet. If the liquid is really available please tell me where, I've already tried the product locator and it turned up nothing.
