[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tide detergent has a very pleasant smell. It has done a wonderful job leaving all of my laundry clean and smelling fresh. A small amount of this detergent goes a long way. I have also used a small amount to hand wash some items and they came out clean. I would fefinitely receooend this tide detergent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tide Original Scent liquid detergent was very powerful.  My clothes and closet were still fragrant within a few days of washing. I found the cap very useful as it doubles as a measuring tool.  Based on how full my washer drum was I knew exactly how much soap I wanted to use.  This is a nice tool to show someone exactly how much soap should go in a load of laundry. The 100 oz size is a great size for me because with two toddlers in our household we frequently are loading the machine.  The clothes came out fairly clean and I did not notice any left over soap residue on my dark clothes.  There were a few items that could have used a pre treatment though.

My clothes get clean with less laundry soap than with other laundry soaps. It is a great size because it lasts a long time. I like the bottle design and it is easy to open and pour.

I used the Tide Original liquid detergent for a more efficient wash. My kids has sensitivity to most laundry detergent they seem to react well with tide. While using tide i notice our clothes getting clean and removing basic dirt and stains But not so much for the deeper ones , Overall it gets the job done and I like how my clothes looked in the end.The detergent is easy to pour and it doesn't spill when you put the lid back on. The product has a pleasant smell, but not overpowering. This detergent is good quality and gets clothes clean. For your basic day to day wash i would definitely recommend.

The ability to clean wash in cold water is awesome and geat for the environment. The detergent brightens whites and colors . It can be used in all types of washing machines.

You changed the Original scent, and it's horrible, just like everyone here has pointed out. Then you told us to buy the updated Mountain Spring scent, which does smell like the original Original. And now that's gone. What's up P&G? I'm not sure who you're testing your scents with, but perhaps its time to start sampling the general public. Most of your scents are terrible. If it weren't for the fact that Tide performs better than most other detergents on the market, I'd be dumping you altogether. I've switched to Free & Gentle; honestly, though, I like a little bit of fresh (not nauseating) scent when I do laundry, and it's disappointing you keep missing the mark there.

Wonderful on sports stains with my youngest son. And gets out the paint with my artistic daughters. Tide is a wonderful trusted brand that has amazing quality in their products and the original formula is a staple in our home as well as my mom and grandmothers. Nothing cleans as well as Tide!

I have always used Tide because it makes it is one of the only laundry liquids that truly make my clothes feel clean. I absolutely love how the original Tide smells and I prefer this liquid version over the pods. I love that stain removing abilities of Tide and it is a brand I have always trusted. I would highly recommend.
