What’s going on with Tide?! Been using for 15 years, always trusted Original Tide for clean clothes and fresh scent. This one is different, after reading reviews they changed the “Original” scent and now the original is Mountain Spring?? How does that make sense?? The reviews for the original Tide have plummeted to 3.5 star rating merely bc they changed the scent, please fix this problem Tide. Love your products but I want to know Im using the Original that was in fact the Original, not “Mountain Spring” and yes scent is subjective and a personal preference but changing the original and still calling it original is not a welcome change. Will be looking at other detergent brands until the Original Tide is back. Please consider going back to original scent Tide, thank you!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since buying an HE washing machine a little over 10 years ago, I've pretty much always used pods from different brands and frankly, I haven't been super pleased with any of them. I thought the issue was the washing machine, but after switching to Tide liquid detergent, I actually think my issue was the pods. I never felt like my laundry was getting really clean. I had to add various powdered boosters to help with odor or stain removal, etc. The worst thing was the random stains that would show up on my cotton clothes after washing. I'm thinking these were from pods not fully breaking down in the wash. Since switching to liquid Tide, I haven't been having any of these issues so I think I'm a liquid convert. I don't love the Original scent and it definitely lasts on my clothes so I'll try a different scent next time. The clear blue cap makes it easy to measure and honestly it's not any more time consuming than tossing in a pod.

The water is hard at my house but with Tide Original Liquid Detergent, my towels were so soft.

It's easy to measure and pour the correct amount of liquid for the load size into the machine and let it do its job. It is a brand and product I enjoy and trust.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that the clear cap was a measuring cup with multiple choices for loads. Poured the detergent directly on the very soiled kitchen towel. Washed on cold. It came out 90% clean. It still showed some very light spots. Next time I’ll wash in warm water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tide Original in the 100oz bottle will last me a long time. It smells great, gets my laundry clean every time and the scent lingers. It easily dissolves in the machine whether I run a short or long cycle. There is nothing better on the market.

I have been using the pods of a competiting brand for a while now but after using this Tide for a couple of weeks I can honestly say that I won't be giving that other brand my money any more. With Tide my clothes come out way cleaner with less detergent.

In my opinion tide keeps our clothes looking like they did when we bought them, which I find amazing! My daughters and husband always get things on their clothes, pre-treating the stains with tide and then washing them in it has saved me many headaches. Their favorite clothes stay their favorite and this momma gets to stay sane and happy! Tide is definitely the best laundry detergent in my opinion and always my go to!
