[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The liquid Tide laundry detergent got our clothes very clean and made them smell great. It’s a fresh scent without being overbearing. I didn’t even have to pretreat to get the few small stains off of them.

This is one of the few laundry detergents that have been around for years. I love that that they have the original scent although it comes in a variety of scents. The original scent is one that is just amazing and has your clothes smelling great and it keeps your whites perfect and your color clothes vibrant. I recommend trying the original scent laundry detergent and seeing just how great it cleans your clothes when they are washed as well as a wonderful scent that it leaves them smelling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not normally use tide because I know it used to make me itch. I just washed my clothes this morning and put on some that I just washed in cold water and it is not making me itch. My clothes are very very soft and clean.

OMG, the new scent is driving me crazy!!! I've spent all day at work wondering what the heck this horrible smell is only to realize it's my pants!!! I did not wash my own laundry this time and was in a rush to get ready for work so I didn't notice when I put them on. After going online and discovering that several people are not happy about this change, I'd like to add my name to the list of people who will not be buying your product until you change it back!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Tide the original because it has that clean soft smell. I don't worry if I forget or miss a stain because it takes and removes it. I don't need to double spray stains with stain remover. I always pour extra tide on the stains I see but always miss some. I've never had stains after I get the clothes out of the washing machine it always takes care of what I miss. Does about 64 loads. I've been using for years and love.

I've been a life-long "original scent" user. Whatever the formula was switched to over the last year-or-so has been horrible. I have to run the rinse cycle three times to get my clothes to not smell like I was assaulted in the perfume aisle. Wearing a shirt with the smell is like wandering around with a can of Lysol being sprayed at my face all day. I'm not sure how it can be billed as "original scent" when it most certainly is not. I'm not sure how even people that actually prefer a scent to their laundry can stand it. I'll try the "sensitive skin" option and hope it cleans just as well, without the ghastly smell.

Original Tide liquid was the only scented detergent I could use that I wasn't allergic to. This is no longer the case. I have used Tide exclusively for ~15 years without issue. Now, the smell is overbearing and I'm allergic to whatever perfumes/chemicals used in the new formulation. You just lost a long time, loyal customer. Thanks for the rash.
