I ordered pick up and I was very satisfied with their service at Sam's Club and so far very happy with my purchase.

My husband loves this watch. It has a lot of functions and looks good. He has a little trouble with getting the band on but other than that, it's great.

Very nice and comfortable smartwatch. I especially like the extra strap. It matches nice and easily fits my larger wrist. I also found a watch face that I liked better that showed more information.

I am happy with this device. It is much more user friendly than my versa. The only think I am disappointed in is that I cannot install the app on my pc. The versa 1 was installed on it and much more convenient that having to use the I phone.

Nice, but i wish the band was made of a better quality. It would be nice if we could also purchase dressy quality silver, gold bands and pink or black leather at Sams Club.

I've owned different Fitbit models for over 10 years and never had a problem — until now. I bought my Versa 4 in April 2025, and it started wildly miscounting stairs in November, sometimes saying I climbed 125 flights when I hadn't climbed any. I contacted Fitbit numerous times, and each time they gave me the same troubleshooting and the runaround, refusing to replace it.

Good battery life

Does not support third-party apps. Very minimal clock faces available. I could do more with my old Versa 2 (before it got broken) than I can with this "upgrade". I can think of few products with which I've been this disappointed. Who rolls out an new version of a product that has fewer capabilities than it's predecessor? When this thing finally dies, I'm completely switching brands, and I've been using Fitbit devices since Fitbit first came out. If I had never used any fitness tracker before, it would be an okay option. But since I know what Fitbit WAS ONCE capable of producing, this thing is weak.

I replaced my Samsung Smartwatch to this. It has been working great for about a month after which it stopped charging. I am very disappointed that I couldn't use it longer than a month. I did like how I received updates about my sleep 💤, calories burned, some vital signs, and a reminder to go take some steps or go for a walk, all these on my phone! It's great if it works because it has more functions!
