I decided to update my Versa 2 with the Versa 4 as a treat to myself. After a month of having the new watch, the whole face came lose from the base. The guts were hanging out and all I was doing was folding clothes. I don't know what caused it to pop open but the watch cost to much to be made cheap. I returned it immediately and went back to my old Versa 2. I've had it for years and it is working just fine.

Miss the “number steps needed for the hour” before the last 10 minutes of the hour!

Light, sporty and stylish

Fitbit is an excellent smart watch.

Seems to work well, but helpful instructions are sorely lacking. I am sure that I am missing out on many features.

The Vera 4 sleep tracking is extremely inconsistent compared to other Fitbits I have had. The only function on this watch that is dependable is the alarm functions. This was a waste of money. I should have returned it but I needed the alarms.

I like clock face choices and other features. Fitbit has much better battery life than iwatch or google watches. I did not like bands that came with this.

Great price, replacing one that was only 21 months. Purchase was to be in store until no tickets could be found. Switched to online - and pickup at same store and purchased. Had to come back a few hours later - the picker-shoppers had a backlog.
