I upgraded from a Charge 4 to a Versa 4. I have had it now for more than a month and I love it. I shopped around for a while, but Sam’s most definitely had the best deal. My only disappointment was that the spare band that came with it is a large, and I really need a small.

Bought for my dad as a watch and step counter. At 85 he likes to track his steps, heart rate and calories burned. This watch serves all purposes and works AFTER the initial set-up without the need of the smartphone app. My dad doesn’t have a smartphone and that was the big risk in getting this watch because all the smartwatches seem to need a cell phone app. The only one I found that kept time and tracked steps without the need for an app was a Casio that was 2x’s the price. So, I decided to give this one a chance. The cell phone app does seem to add benefits but after I set it up for him using my smartphone and the app; it works well and he says, “it’s great!”

Looks good and works fine. Hope it last longer than the last one...2 years.

I’ve owned different Fitbit models for over 10 years and never had a problem — until now. I bought my Versa 4 in April 2025, and it started wildly miscounting stairs in November, sometimes saying I climbed 125 flights when I hadn’t climbed any. I contacted Fitbit numerous times, and each time they gave me the same troubleshooting and the runaround, refusing to replace it.

I upgraded from a Charge 5 because this watch lets me answer calls on the watch instead of just notifying me who is calling. This is a great feature.

I ordered pick up and I was very satisfied with their service at Sam's Club and so far very happy with my purchase.

I am happy with this device. It is much more user friendly than my versa. The only think I am disappointed in is that I cannot install the app on my pc. The versa 1 was installed on it and much more convenient that having to use the I phone.
