Can't get it to set up with I-Phone after several tries and trying to find a solution on the internet. I may end up returning it. Very problematic.

*Didnt work right out of box. *Requires are google fitbit subscription. 9.99 a month or 79.99 yearly. *After a very long set up i put it on and went to sleep. The watch did not record anything which is why i got it. *shutdown and turned back on only to see a HUGE red X. Returned the next day. Do not waste your money.

While the watch is great for tracking fitness, sleep, etc. it does fall short in the fact of having to sync my watch at minimum five times per day. It doesn't notify you when your phone is no longer synced so you are losing data/tracking and phone notifications of texts/calls until you realize it'll not synced/connected. Very expensive watch with intentions of tracking to have to continually check connection and that it's working. I bought this Feb 13th, so less than two months and it's already this bad. Save your money and buy something with more consistency. Sitting here with it disconnected at this very moment, but it won't allow me to upload my picture… go figure.

I replaced my Samsung Smartwatch to this. It has been working great for about a month after which it stopped charging. I am very disappointed that I couldn't use it longer than a month. I did like how I received updates about my sleep 💤, calories burned, some vital signs, and a reminder to go take some steps or go for a walk, all these on my phone! It's great if it works because it has more functions!

Does not support third-party apps. Very minimal clock faces available. I could do more with my old Versa 2 (before it got broken) than I can with this "upgrade". I can think of few products with which I've been this disappointed. Who rolls out an new version of a product that has fewer capabilities than it's predecessor? When this thing finally dies, I'm completely switching brands, and I've been using Fitbit devices since Fitbit first came out. If I had never used any fitness tracker before, it would be an okay option. But since I know what Fitbit WAS ONCE capable of producing, this thing is weak.

I have always used a Fitbit and the new Versa 4 is amazing. I bought to replace a Versa 3. Love the power and longevity of the battery along with the updates. I had tried an Apple Watch but was not happy so I gave it to my daughter. The price I paid at Sams was the best I found around.

Fully charged battery only last two days! Will be returning this Fitbit Versa 4.

I liked my Versa 2 better. I can't get my phone to sync with this no matter what

I am having so much trouble setting this up. I guess that I have to hire someone to help me set this up. 😲🤔

Been using this Fitbit for a month and it really has been giving me great information regarding my workout routine.
