We've had it more than 12 years and it's still working as it should. Decided to go with Vizio again and we are very pleased with it.

We wanted to replace, but was unable to find what we were looking for. Now we were able to come back to Vizio, and so far, extremely happy with that decision. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first Vizio - I switched from Sharp to Vizio a few years ago and then I kept on getting new Vizio and donate the older smaller ones. Once you get a Vizio you don't want anything else!

Very happy I bought this. I have had it 2 days so far. There is a video on how to unbox this beast. The key is to cut the plastic strips and lift the top off. Mine came with everything it was supposed to. It would not recognize my fire stick at first, but corrected itself later in the day. Also, I thought for sure the TV was stuck on Zoom, but THAT also corrected itself with a soft reset. Aspect ratio was greyed out but then fixed itself. Husband and I are both so weak and elderly, but we got it out of the box okay and on the stand. The plastic bag it comes in has 2 handles to grab onto. My Bluetooth headphones paired perfectly. My OTA channels came in waaaaaaaaaay clearer than my other TV. Also it picked up more channels than my other TV. Friggin' miracle! My only complaint - I need more inputs. I need way more than ONE USB port. I had a Vizio, then a LG, then a Hisense, now I'm back to a Vizio. Very, very happy.

So I never even considered a different brand when I purchased the one for our bedroom. My only problem is now I stay in the bed all the time!!!! HaHa
