The best features at this price point.

The best value I found at this price point. Did I want to buy an OLED? Sure. I just couldn't justify the expense. I also was trying to find a tv with separate audio out feature and this has it! I wear hearing aids but I'm exploring a better hearing option that would raise the audio and this was a necessary feature. The picture is good and apps work well, again at this $400.00 price point.

Ok but....

TV set is excellent with very good resolution, features and app choices , unfortunately when I opened the box on one of the screen corners there was a very small chip. The TV set was properly packed and isolated to bumps so I have to think that this was originated in factory. Unfortunately I´m not able to return the item. Other than this I would recommend the product.

I went with the LED due to vision impairments, it's easier on my eyes. Color is great, audio options are easy to adjust, simple set up, just an all around good TV. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I wanted to add additional apps but there is not an option, so I have to cast what I want to watch.

Damaged in shipping; Poor build quality to blame?

Shocker, like so many other reviewers, it arrived damaged. Bleeding all along the top. I went to pull off the plastic screen film and the Lcd panel came with it. I would blame FedEx except for the Box wasn't really damaged and the packaging was intact on the inside. I think it may be the build quality that's causing this damage in shipping. It's very disappointing. I appreciate the easy free return with a scheduled pickup from FedEx. But... no exchanges offered - only returns and subsequent refund. Note: Walmart to refund within 3 weeks. (kind of a long time if you ask me.) I don't think I will re-buy this again.

Damaged tv when delivered.

This arrived today, set it up and the screen had lines running through it and a white spot in one of the corners. Very disappointed! I read the other reviews about getting a damaged tv and thought "No way" but yes it happened to me. Brought it back and returned it. However I am a glutton for punishment because I ordered it again...we'll see what happens

TV CAME DAMAGED!!!!

Highly disappointed with my purchase. Two weeks ago, I ordered the same TV which ended up getting a refund (which was a hassle) because it was never delivered. So I ordered ANOTHER one. One week later, my package gets delivered. I open it and it's damaged!!! I am so disappointed because I have three Vizio TVs in my home and never had an issue. I assumed I was getting a great deal for the size and price of a brand new model. I would like a replacement. I am beyond aggravated. I have pictures below and would like to have this issue resolved.

Arrived with a broken screen--twice

I've ordered this TV twice from Walmart.com. Both times it arrived with a broken screen that made it unusable. I would not recommend anybody buys this until Vizio/Walmart figure out the shipping issues here. The attached photos are from the two separate times that I purchased the TV. I followed all of the assembly instructions on Vizio's website and YouTube channel. I even hired professional handymen the second time around. I know that Vizio redesigned this model for 2023 with a smaller bezel. Not worth it if the TV can't be shipped safely in one piece!
