I think the TV itself is fine, the bezeless screen is great, but once I peeled off the protective film, I noticed a scratch/crack in the screen. I have to return this and exchange it. Bought this for a housewarming and now can't display it. 😔

I returned it to the store because I didn't want to go through the process of having UPS pick it up and waiting for a replacement. fedex delivered it out of the truck laying flat!!! tv screen was broken. I bet it would be a great tv, BUT was delivered damaged. Returned to store, they had the same model instore...not. upon opening relized it's the older model not the 2023. At least this one was handled with care, because we brought it home standing upright like it was supposed to be. Very nice picture in the old model..wish it was this one. (2023)

The TV was easy to set up. Once I put batteries in the remote, it paired all by its self. Only complaint was the legs were very far apart and did not fit on our TV stand. I had to make a longer platform to sit on top on the TV stand for the TV to sit on it properly.

Ordered one of these on 4/28 - screen was cracked and video was a purple rain; ordered a 2nd one a week later and the video was multi-colored rain with dense white spots - returned both to local Sam's store. Could have been shipping damage or a bad LOT. Own many Vizio TVs - have never seen this before :(
