Damaged poor quality.

The TV arrived damaged twice. Packaging was good and did not seem to be a factor in damage. Screen was damaged and seems to be very fragile. I believe product was defective for being put into the box.

This was an major upgrade to what we had for a tv....and BIGGER screen!! I had it delivered and 1st tv was broken and I had to return. The only issue was having to take tv to fedex for return. I had it delivered to make it easy handling for myself...seems like pickup for return would have been an option! But new tv was received within just a few days. Picture is great and I love the watch free option!! I also love how it brings antenna channels together in same screen! Apps are easily accessible too!!

You get what you pay for...

Great still video but most apps have poor motion. Lots of video adjustments to mess up your picture quality. TV speakers are junk. Linked to my audio receiver with optical and works well with TV but not TV remote. I have to use 2 remotes. One for TV and one for Receiver. Bummer, but not a deal breaker. The deal breaker is not being able to download or update new apps. I can't use Netflix with ads because my new Vizio TV doesn't have Netflix with ads. Only standard Netflix without ads. Another deal breaker. Glare on the screen from ANY light source, including behind the TV if you have white walls it will reflect onto the TV screen. Most noticeable in dark scenes during the day but can be seen no matter what the light level of the TV is. If it isn't dark in the room and dark outside, you won't be enjoying your new TV without also watching what is moving or sitting behind you as well as your reflection of yourself staring blackly at the huge TV. This is a BIG deal breaker! But I have no way to take it back. It isn't going to fit on my motorcycle. So, I bought blackout curtains instead. And only use one 40 watt Led blub behind to the side of TV. I hate the dark...Price was right. Three Ninety-Nine, Or I would have asked a friend to haul me and my BIG TV back to Sam's for a refund.

Quality not like it used to be.

I had this 65" TV for a little over a year when it started to have problems. Spent over 2 exasperating hours on the phone with Tech support before getting warranty honored. Warranty consisted of refunding my purchase price but not the $32 I paid in sales tax. I've had good experiences with my 3 prior Vizio purchases, so I bought another Vizio, which I ended up returning back to Sam's due to poor volume and sound quality. Vizio used to have good products, but I'm not so sure anymore

Very Happy with this tv. I was a little skeptical to order because of some of the reviews. I tried at first to have a newer version of this tv (same size, more expensive) shipped to me, but shipping wasn't available for that model (go figure?). The tv was very carefully packaged andprotected no danage at all. Very easy to set up. I diwnliaded tge Vizio remote app to my phone and use it to browse all the apps, and features available. It has been almost a month since I've had my tv andno problems. It is on every day for most of the day, since I am retired. I either am watching a movie, news, or having it showing my outside security cameras.

Disappointed in Sound

The sound is not the quality i expected. I'm still undecided whether to return and try Samsung or go back to Hisense. My first flat screen was 55" Hisense that i purchased in 2016. Never had any issues with it and it had dynamic surround sound without a sound bar. I mostly only used my sound bar for movies but the Vizio sound is so terrible compared to an 8 year old TV. I made the mistake of giving my Hisense to the handyman that took it down for me. Ill have to get help to box this back up and find one with better sound.

Bad Experience

TV did not work properly out of the box. Contacted Vizio for assistance and after one hour they said they were going to send out a replacement TV. Two weeks later the replacement arrived and it had a damaged screen. Refused the shipment and now two weeks later still wainscoting for Vizio to issue a refund and pickup the original TV that did not work out of the box.
