DAMAGED

First VT I received damaged screen. Probably happened during shipping. Replacement VT arrived damaged also. Customer service was outstanding helping me return both VT and getting refunded.

Good picture

Love having the ability to use my phone as a remote. Although I haven't even had it a year and a half and it is pixelizing in areas of the screen of course that happened right after the warranty ran out.

Perfect TV

Great TV would definitely recommend to friends and family. Though it could just be the one i have but the sound quality sounds off. Other than that that definitely wouldve been 5 stars. :)

Unfortunately this tv was damaged with green/ purple streaks from the top. Fortunately and club approved a replacement tv quickly. I'm sure it's just a fluke.

Great overall!

I upgraded to this tv last November. This was the best purchase that I've made. The features are amazing, such as the free apps and the Vizio gram to display my favorite photos. The sound is great too.

Not Good at All

First, I don't like the software that runs the whole Vizio Smart Cast environment. It's slooowwww when opening apps like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. the responsiveness is garbage. This is why I use my Apple TV 4K via eArc HDMI cable. Of course there are problems with that. When I'm in an app like YouTube or Hulu and an ad comes on the whole picture turns off and on. Sometimes once, sometimes twice, sometimes 3 times. And then, eventually the TV screen starts showing a random solid color on the entire screen. You can't get out of it unless you go back all the way to the Home Screen, in some apps. In other apps that doesn't work so you have to restart the TV to clear it, but too soon the same thing happens. I've seen every color in the spectrum show. Truly random. I've rest the TV to factory settings about 10 times since I got it a year ago. Resetting seems to clear up a lot of the issues but the screen flicker, on and off, still happens but only one or two times. When the flicker starts to get really bad it will actually kick you out of the app you're using and go back to the Home Screen of my ATV4K. I'll never purchase any product from Vizio again.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen on my TCL, that was purchased during the pandemic, quit working last year. Needed a new TV. I saw this Vizio model for sale. It had some great specs and options. Visual quality is great especially when playing a game on PS5 or Xbox Series X. Very impressed. A definite bang for the buck.

Very good TV

We have had Vizio TV's for years and when we upgraded to the 65" with the new format it was such a new experience. No more wires or other devices needed. Just turn it on and all of the apps are there, no changing inputs to watch what you want. Oh and the picture is so clear and colors are spot on. We did add a sound bar which makes it even better.
