Please know, our Quality Team expects you'll have the best experience with our Swiffer Dusters. Our Heavy Duty Dusters do go through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy an effective clean with them. To get the best possible cleaning results, we recommend making sure that you fluff the fibers before inserting them onto the handle. To fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. Be sure you use the Duster, running it parallel to the surface you're cleaning. This will keep the ends of the handle from any unexpected issues. If you'd like more help with this, we're happy to assist Mondays through Fridays, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 214-8734. Call when you can.

We're sorry to hear this, since our Heavy Duty Dusters have gone through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy a great clean with ease. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. As well, we recommend making sure the handle prongs are fully inserted into the sleeves on the duster so that they stay on. These sleeves can be found between the fluffy layers, in the center of the duster cloth. We hope this helps, and please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you'd like further assistance.

Please know, your Swiffer Duster Heavy Duty Starter Kit should deliver great dusting to your space, thanks to the hundreds of little fingers that surround the Duster's surface. Did you fluff up the Duster? Do this by holding end of the duster in each hand and quickly move them up and down in a see-saw/alternating pattern. If you're not seeing the fingers open up, you can also lightly pull at the fibers to further fluff them. The more fluffed the fibers, the better cleaning results you'll get. Give it a try today, to really get that Duster swiffering.
